SN/T 4849的本部分规定了出口食品及饮料中树莓成分的检测方法 实时荧光PCR法。
本部分适用于鲜果、冷冻果、蜜饯、鲜榨果汁、果肉型果汁、混浊汁、果干、果酱、及其他以树莓为原辅料的食品及饮料中树莓成分的定性检测(清汁及果酒除外)，包括红树莓、黄树莓、黑树莓。此部分所规定方法的红树莓最低检出限(LOD)为1%(体积比)，黄树莓和黑树莓的最低检出限(LOD)为0.1%(体积比)。
