4.10 Result expression
The result expression should be consistent with the units and significant figures listed in the corresponding items in the table. 5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Sampling
Accurate operation
GB 12671--90
Polystyrene resin products should be sampled in batches based on production time or storage silo, or each batch on the production line. Sampling after packaging should be carried out in accordance with GB/T2547. 5.2 Inspection and grading
Based on the quality inspection results of each batch, compare the quality indicators in the table to make quality grade judgments of superior, first-class, and qualified. 5.3 Re-inspection
If any of the inspection results does not meet the quality indicators of this standard, re-sample from twice the amount of packaging units according to the GB/T2547 method, and re-inspect the item. If the result still does not meet the requirements, the batch of products should be downgraded. 5.4 Delivery acceptance
The manufacturer shall hand over the quality certificate to the user. The certificate shall indicate the product name, brand number, batch number and grade, and shall be stamped with a special quality inspection seal and an inspector's seal. When the user accepts the resin according to the brand name and the technical requirements stipulated in this standard, if he has any objections, he must submit them to the manufacturer within one year after the product leaves the factory.
6 Marking, Packaging, Transportation and Storage
The name of the manufacturer, product name, trademark, product grade, batch number, and net weight should be printed on each packaging bag and production date. 6.2 Packaging
Polystyrene resin is packed in plastic woven bags lined with polyethylene film bags or other suitable packaging bags. The net weight of each bag is 25kg. Large packaging of other weights can also be used.
6.3 Transportation
Polystyrene resin is a non-dangerous product. During the loading and unloading process, it is strictly forbidden to use sharp tools such as iron hooks, and do not throw them to avoid damaging the packaging bags. During transportation, they must not be exposed to the sun or rain, and must not be mixed with sand, broken metal, coal, glass, etc., and must not be mixed with toxic, corrosive, or flammable materials.
6.4 Storage
Polystyrene resin should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, away from fire sources and protected from direct sunlight. It should not be stacked in the open. Additional notes:
This standard is proposed by China Petrochemical Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Petrochemical Plastic Resin Products Sub-Technical Committee of the National Plastics Standardization Technical Committee. This standard is drafted by the chemical plant of Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company. The main drafter of this standard is Shen Junhui.
