This standard applies to mechanical transmission crocodile shears for cold shearing of metal scrap (the tensile strength of the sheared material should not be greater than 500MPa). This standard is a revision of ZBJ62010-87 "Accuracy of Crocodile Shears". The technical content of this standard is basically the same as that of ZBJ6201087, only the relevant provisions have been re-edited. This standard will be implemented on January 1, 2000.
This standard replaces ZBJ62010—87 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Forging Machines. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Jinan Foundry and Forging Machinery Research Institute, Shenyang Press Tool Factory. This standard was first issued in April 1987.

This standard specifies the accuracy and inspection method of alligator shears. JB 956-1999

This standard applies to mechanical transmission alligator shears (hereinafter referred to as shears) for cold shearing metal carbon materials (the tensile strength of the sheared material shall not be greater than 5D0MPa)
2 General requirements
2.1 The requirements for the accuracy inspection of shears shall comply with the relevant provisions of the forging and pressing machinery accuracy inspection. 2.2 Before the precision test, the installation level of the shearing machine should be adjusted. The vertical and horizontal installation level should not be greater than 0.10/1000. 2.3 The precision difference of the test items should be calculated based on the actual test length. If the calculation result is less than or equal to 0.005mm, it will be ignored. If it is greater than 0.005mm, it will be calculated as 0.01mm.
2.4 The standard test sequence does not represent the actual test sequence. For the convenience of assembly and disassembly of test tools and test forces, the test can be carried out in any order.
Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on May 14, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000
