JB/T 7867-1997 This standard adopts ISO 7749-1:1995 "Agricultural irrigation equipment rotary sprinkler third party part: design and operation technical specifications" and ISO 7749-2:1990 "Irrigation equipment rotary sprinkler distribution uniformity and test methods". This standard is a revision of JB/T 7867.1-95 (formerly GB 5670.1-85) "Rotary sprinkler type and basic parameters", JB/T 7867.2-95 (formerly GB 5670.2-85) "Rotary sprinkler technical conditions" and JB/T 7867.3-95 (formerly GB 5670.3-85) "Rotary sprinkler test methods", and the three standards are combined into one standard. This standard adopts ISO7749-1:1995 "Rotary sprinkler for agricultural irrigation equipment Part 1: Technical specifications for design and operation" and ISO7749-2:1990 "Distribution uniformity and test methods of rotary sprinkler for irrigation equipment" in a non-equivalent manner. This standard is a revision of JB/T7867.1-95 (formerly GB5670.1-85) "Types and basic parameters of rotary sprinklers", JB/T7867.2-95 (formerly GB5670.2-85) "Technical conditions for rotary sprinklers" and JB/T7867.3-95 (formerly GB5670.3-85) "Test methods for rotary sprinklers", and the three standards are merged into one standard. During the revision, the still applicable contents in JB/T7867.1~7867.3一95 were retained. Meanwhile, according to the actual production, use and development trend of rotary sprinklers in my country, and with reference to international standards, the following modifications were made:
In Table 2, the parameters of the 50mm nominal diameter of water inlet were added; - The determination method of the equivalent diameter of the nozzle of the sprinkler was included in Appendix A, and the provisions of ISO7749-1:1995 were adopted; - The requirements for the high temperature pressure resistance performance of rotary sprinklers and the corresponding test methods were added; The requirements for pressure resistance performance, water distribution characteristics, and nozzle range and the corresponding test methods were adjusted; The inspection rules were modified;
- Appendix A in JB/T7867.3一-95 was deleted, and the water distribution characteristics test method was listed as Appendix B. Some technical requirements that should be specified by the manufacturer in the standard were deleted. From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace JB/T7867.1~7867.3-95. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are both standard appendices. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Agricultural Machinery Standardization. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is the Institute of Irrigation and Drainage Machinery of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. The participating drafting units of this standard are: Zhejiang Xiaoshan Pump General Factory, Henan Xinzheng Sprinkler Factory, Xinchang Sprinkler Factory, Zhejiang Xinchang Sprinkler Factory, Henan Zhumadian Sprinkler Factory, Jiangsu Jintan Sprinkler Factory. The main drafters of this standard are: Li Shiying, Liu Yulin, Li Tianbao, Zhuang Jinliang, Zhang Chunling, and Lv Linjun. I

The model of a rotary sprinkler consists of five parts, which have the following meanings: P
Name code of the additional mechanism, generally represented by the first letter of the Chinese phonetic alphabet of its name
Number of nozzles (single nozzle sprinkler can be omitted) Type code: Y for broadcast arm type, YC for vertical rocker arm type, L for impeller type, D for flapper type

3.2.2 Marking example
The double-nozzle rocker-arm sprinkler with a nominal inlet diameter of 15 mm is marked as: 15PY2

4 Basic parameters
4.1 The basic parameters of commonly used spray elevation rotary sprinklers shall comply with the requirements of Tables 1 and 2. 4.2
In the nozzle diameter column in Table 1 and Table 2, the cross-sectional diameter of the cylindrical section of the water outlet is used for conical nozzles, and the equivalent diameter is used for nozzles with other cross-sections. The equivalent diameter is calculated according to Appendix A (Standard Appendix). 4.3
When the value of the nozzle diameter is not equal to the value listed in Table 1 and Table 2, the nozzle flow rate and range can be calculated by interpolation. Table 1
