GB3280 Cold-rolled stainless steel plates
3 Structural types and dimensions
Structural types and dimensions are as specified in the figure and Table 1 below AA rotation
Outer diameter of village ring
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 26, 1992 30
Opening size
Implemented on January 1, 1993 Note: When the inner diameter and Dx of the steel pipe are slightly different, the size can be adjusted by itself, but the "b" dimension shall not be greater than 1 times that specified in Table 1. Marking:
Marking example of butt-welded liner ring with nominal diameter of 50mm and material of 12Cr1MoV: liner ring D%50
5 Technical requirements
12Cr1MoVJB/T6296.2-92
5.1 The dimensional tolerance of the outer diameter (Dk) of the liner ring shall be h16 of GB1804, and the symmetry after welding between the rod and the liner shall be 1mm. 5.2 The liner ring shall be made of the materials specified in Table 2. Table 2
Material name

GB3077
GB1220
5.3 The appearance of the liner surface should have the correct geometric shape, and should not have defects such as twists, undulations and skewness. 5.4 The liner and the rod should be welded firmly.
Inspection rules
GB3280
6.1 Products must be inspected and accepted by the factory technical inspection department before leaving the factory, and a certificate of conformity or relevant qualified marks can be issued before leaving the factory. 6.2 Products should be 100% inspected for appearance quality. 31
JB/T6296.292
6.3 Alloy structural steel and stainless steel products should be 100% inspected for spectra. 7 Marking, packaging, storage, and rust prevention.
7.1 The product should be cleaned and sealed with anti-rust oil and grease. 7.2 The packaging should be made of cartons, wooden boxes, etc. The inside of the box should be lined with moisture-proof paper, and the outside of the box should be marked with signs such as "rainproof", "moisture-proof", and "handle with care".
7.3 The product should be placed in a dry and clean warehouse and is not allowed to be stored in acidic, alkaline, or other places that may cause product corrosion. 7.4 Under normal circumstances, the anti-rust period of the product is 12 months. Additional notes:
This standard was proposed and coordinated by the Shanghai Power Generation Equipment Complete Design Institute. This standard was drafted by Nanjing Steam Turbine and Electric Motor Factory and the Shanghai Power Generation Equipment Complete Design Institute.
