The knife grinder idle running test shall not be less than 2h, and the operation condition shall be visually inspected to comply with the provisions of 4.4 and 4.7. 5.2 Inspection of the accuracy of the knife grinder

c) The micrometer is placed on the working surface of the workbench so that its measuring head is in vertical contact with the working surface of the ruler and moves along the ruler d) The inspection is carried out in no less than two longitudinal, three transverse and two diagonal directions, and the results should comply with the provisions of 4.2. 5.2.2 Parallelism inspection of the working surface of the workbench to the longitudinal movement direction of the frame. The working surface of the workbench is placed in the horizontal and rotation limit positions respectively, the micrometer is fixed, the workbench is moved, and the micrometer is used to measure the parallelism between the running direction and the working surface of the workbench, which should comply with the provisions of 4.2. 5.2.3 Inspection of the runout (jump) of the grinding head spindle Inspection of the axial runout of the end-grinding type grinding head spindle: Place the steel ball in the center hole of the spindle, fix the dial gauge on the machine, make the measuring head contact the surface of the steel ball, and measure the axial runout of the grinding head spindle, which should comply with the provisions of 4.2. Inspection of the radial runout and shoulder end face runout of the peripheral grinding type grinding head spindle: Fix the dial gauge on the machine, make the measuring head directly contact the center generatrix of the spindle vertically, rotate the spindle, and measure on two mutually perpendicular planes, which should comply with the provisions of 4.2. 5.3 Knife grinding test
Install the blade that meets the requirements of Table 1 on the workbench and conduct the knife grinding test. After the knife is ground, check the accuracy of the blades respectively. 5.3.1 Inspection of blade straightness
Keep the sharpened blade on the workbench in the clamped state during sharpening, place the inspection ruler close to the cutting edge of the blade, make the ruler perpendicular to the sharpening surface of the hand knife, use a feeler gauge to check the gap between the blade and the ruler (except for blade angles close to 90°), and inspect the straightness of the blade edge after sharpening according to Table 3 in 4.3. 5.3.2 Inspection of sharpening surface roughness
After the blade is sharpened, use a surface roughness meter to inspect the roughness of the sharpening surface of the blade after sharpening according to Table 3 in 4.3. 5.4 Measurement of bearing operating temperature
After the sharpening test, measure the bearing operating temperature with a point thermometer, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.5. 5.5 Noise test
When the machine is running idly at rated speed, use an ordinary sound level meter to measure the noise at four points at a height of 15m and 1m outside the center of the machine. The arithmetic average of the noise values at the four points shall comply with the provisions of 4.6. 5.6 The electrical system test shall be carried out in accordance with 13.1, 13.2 and 13.3 of GB5226-85, and the results shall comply with the provisions of 4.8. 5.7 Visual inspection of product appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of 4.9. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Each product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of 5.1, 5.2, 5.6 and 5.7 before leaving the factory. If any one of them fails, the product shall be considered a defective product
6.1.2 5% (not less than 1 unit) of each batch of products shall be sampled and inspected in accordance with the provisions of 53, 5.4 and 5.5. If any one of them fails, the item shall be double sampled for re-inspection. If it fails again, the item shall be inspected one by one. 6.1.3 Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. 6.2 Type testbzxZ.net
When there are major changes in the design, process, materials or components of new products that may affect product performance, as well as when new products are identified or production is resumed after a one-year suspension, a full inspection should be carried out according to the items specified in this standard. 3

8 Marking, packaging, storage, transportation

8.1 Each product should be fixed with a label in an obvious position, and the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. Its contents include: a) Manufacturer name:

e) Main technical parameters;
d) Factory number:
e) Factory date.
8.2 Packaging, storage and transportation signs should comply with the provisions of GB191. 8.3 Before packaging, exposed parts should be treated with rust prevention. 8.4 Waterproof materials should be laid in the packaging box, and the product should be firmly fixed in the box. The packaging box should meet the requirements of transportation and loading and unloading. 5 The outer wall of the packaging box should be marked with the manufacturer's name, the name and address of the receiving unit, and the product model, name, factory number, volume, weight, 8.5
lifting line, center of gravity and upward and other words or signs. The words and logos should be clear and neat, and should not be blurred due to rain erosion and long-term use. 8.6 Each product should be accompanied by the following technical documents when leaving the factory: a) Packing list;

c) Instruction manual.
8.7 After the product is packed, if the storage period exceeds 1 year, it should be unpacked for inspection. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be re-sealed. Quality Assurance
If the user complies with the various regulations shown in the product instruction manual, within 1 year from the date the product arrives at the receiving location, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts (excluding wearing parts) free of charge. 4
