In the process of raw material production, it follows the laws of nature and ecological principles, adopts agricultural technology that is beneficial to the sustainable development of ecology and environment, does not use synthetic pesticides, fertilizers and growth regulators, and does not use synthetic food additives in the processing process.
4 Requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The product has the natural quality characteristics of various types of tea, with pure quality, no deterioration and no odor. 4.1.2 The product should be clean and not contaminated during packaging, storage, transportation and sales. 4.1.3 No coloring, no artificial synthetic chemicals and fragrance substances are added. 4.2 Official quality
The sensory quality of various types of organic tea should meet the quality characteristics of the physical standard samples of this category and level or the quality requirements specified in the national standards, industry standards, local standards or enterprise standards of the corresponding conventional products actually implemented by the product. 4.3 Physical and chemical quality
The physical and chemical quality of all types of organic tea shall comply with the national standards, industry standards, local standards or enterprise standards of the corresponding conventional products actually implemented by the products.
4.4 Hygiene indicators
The hygiene indicators of all types of organic tea must comply with the provisions of Table 1 Table 1 Hygiene indicators of organic tea
