Vulcanizers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 2.1
Vulcanizers shall have devices for adjusting and indicating the clamping force. 2.2
2.3 The vulcanizer should have an instrument to indicate the temperature inside the mold and the pressure inside the tire. The vulcanizer should have a timing or program control device to ensure the automation of the process such as "mold closing-vulcanization-mold opening". 2.4
2.5 The painting requirements of the vulcanizer should comply with the provisions of the "General Technical Conditions for Painting of Rubber and Plastic Machinery", and the appearance requirements should comply with the provisions of HG5-1541 "General Technical Conditions for Appearance of Rubber Machinery". 2.6 The lubrication system of the vulcanizer must be unobstructed, without leakage, and ensure that all lubrication parts (points) are well lubricated. 2.7 The parallelism error of the lower plane of the crossbeam of the vulcanizer to the upper plane of the base should comply with the following provisions: For vulcanizers with specifications of 910, 1140, and 1430, the parallelism error shall not be greater than 0.5mm, and for vulcanizers with specifications of 2040, the parallelism error shall not be greater than 1.0mm.
2.8 The trouble-free working time of the vulcanizer shall not be less than 200h. 3 Safety requirements
3.1 The structure of the vulcanizer shall meet the requirements of easy lifting and transportation. 3.2 The vulcanizer shall have a safety interlock device that can stop the crossbeam at any position during the mold closing process and enable it to move in the opposite direction. 3.3 The vulcanizer shall have a safety interlock device that can only open the mold when the pressure in the tire is less than 0.03MPa. 3.4 The vulcanizer must stop working after each working cycle. When restarting the mold closing, it must be started manually. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on January 8, 1988 and implemented on March 1, 1988
3.5 The vulcanizer must have an overload protection device. GB8598-88
3.6 The sound pressure level of the noise when the vulcanizer is in operation shall not be greater than 80dB (A). 3.7 The installation position of the safety guardrail of the vulcanizer should be 60 to 100 mm below the parting surface of the hand model. 3.8 The exposed rotating parts of the vulcanizer must be equipped with safety protection devices. The safety color and safety signs of the vulcanizer should comply with the provisions of GB2893 "Safety Color" and GB2894 "Safety Signs". 3.9 The safety requirements for transportation, storage, installation, commissioning, operation, use and maintenance protection of the vulcanizer should be stated in the instruction manual. 4 Test methods and inspection rules
4.1 Idle operation test
4.1.1 Before the idle operation test, check the following items: a.
The nominal spacing on the inside of the connecting rod should not be less than the provisions in the table; the model installation height should comply with the provisions in the table. Whether the vulcanizer meets the requirements of 2.2.2.3, 3.7 and 3.8; use an inside micrometer to check whether the parallelism error of the lower plane of the beam to the upper plane of the base meets the provisions of 2.7. 4.1.2 Idle operation test The number of continuous opening and closing of the mold shall not be less than 20 times, and the following items shall be checked during the test: a. Check the correctness and reliability of the control system according to the requirements of 2.4 and 3.4. Check whether the safety interlock device works sensitively and reliably according to the requirements of 3.2 and 3.3; whether the working condition of the lubrication system meets the requirements of 2.6; d. The opening and closing time shall comply with the provisions in the table; e. There shall be no leakage in the steam pipeline and compressed air pipeline; Check the stability and reliability of each transmission part (no abnormal phenomenon). 4.2 Load test. The load test can only be carried out after the idle operation test is passed. The load test is divided into cold mold closing test and hot mold vulcanization test. In the cold mold closing test, check the following items: 4.2.1. The clamping force of the vulcanizer shall not be less than 98% of the value specified in the table; the noise sound pressure level of the vulcanizer during operation shall not be greater than the provisions of 3.6. 4.2.2 The hot mold vulcanization test shall only be carried out in the following cases (generally carried out in the user's factory): a.
Trial and final product identification for new products or old products transferred to the factory: when the product has major changes in structure and process; when the product resumes production after a long-term suspension; during normal production, one machine shall be regularly sampled for inspection. d.
4.3 Inspect the trouble-free working time of the vulcanizer according to the requirements of 2.8 (it can be entrusted to the user's factory). 4.4 Before the vulcanizer leaves the factory, an empty running test and a cold mold closing test must be carried out. 4.5 Each vulcanizer must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can leave the factory. When leaving the factory, it shall be accompanied by a certificate proving that the product quality is qualified, and its content shall include the actual measured data of the factory inspection. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
5.1 Each product shall be fixed in a conspicuous position. The type, size and technical requirements of the product label shall comply with the provisions of JB8 "Product Label".
5.2 The basic contents of product marking include:

5.3 The graphic signs of packaging, storage and transportation shall comply with the provisions of GB191 "Graphic signs of packaging, storage and transportation". 5.4 The packaging of vulcanizing machine shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1543 "General Technical Conditions for Rubber Machinery Packaging" and HG5--1561 "General Technical Conditions for Export Rubber Machinery Packaging".
5.5 The transportation of vulcanizing machine shall comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 5.6 Vulcanizing machine products should be stored in rainproof and ventilated warehouses or temporary sheds and kept properly. 6 Manufacturing Guarantee
On the premise that the user complies with the requirements of this standard on transportation, storage and installation and use in the instruction manual, the manufacturer guarantees that the product meets the requirements of this standard. The clamping force of the vulcanizer shall not be less than 98% of the value specified in the table; the noise sound pressure level of the vulcanizer during operation shall not be greater than the provisions of 3.6. 4.2.2 The hot mold vulcanization test shall only be carried out in the following cases (generally carried out in the user's factory): a.
