Some standard content:
GB5086.21997
In order to cooperate with the sale of hazardous substances in the market, strengthen the prevention and control of hazardous diseases, protect the environment and human health, this standard is formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution, and shall be implemented from January 1, 2011.
From the date of sale of this standard, GB5086-85 [Standard Test Method for Solid Waste Emission from Nonferrous Metals Industry] was first issued in 1983 and finalized in 1997. This standard is the second method for the toxicity test of national substances. Standard National Environmental Protection Administration has obtained the standard. The standard is issued by: Tsinghua University Technical Design Institute, Beijing Environmental Protection Monitoring Center, China Environmental Monitoring Center, Wucheng Municipal Health Protection Science Research Institute, Ministry of Energy Power Environmental Protection Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Wu Tianbao, Wang Sushi, Su Huaqing, Rong Chuangbian, Wang Mingli. This standard is under the responsibility of the National Environmental Protection Institute. 5

This standard specifies the comprehensive measures for the leaching of solid matter. This standard is applicable to the leaching of inorganic pollutants (except for unstable pollutants such as pre-chemicals and chemical residues) in solid matter. Reference standards
The following standards contain the following items, which are included in this standard through reference in other standards. All standard parts It will be considered that the new version of the network vehicle standard should be adopted. H5055.3106 Dangerous substances, particulate matter, standard, limit values, CHL15555.1--15555-12--1095 Commercial products, life span, and quality control methods
3.1 Solid waste refers to the pollutants and semi-agglomerated wastes generated in the production, daily life, and other activities. 3. 2 Hazardous substances
The hazardous substances referred to in this standard refer to substances listed in the national hazardous waste list or legally recognized as hazardous substances according to the national hazardous safety classification standards. 3.3 Effluent toxicity
The effluent toxicity referred to in this standard refers to the effluent test of the substance beyond the specified standard. If there is one or more pollutants in the effluent that exceed the standard of hazardous substance classification 3 of C5085:3-1696%, then the substance is determined to have leaching toxicity.
4 Effluent toxicity
4.1 Sample preparation
4.1.1. Take the sample preparation method according to GB508G.1-1957 A for domestic waste sampling and make the sample into a sample with a particle size of mm or less. 4.1.2 Determination of moisture content According to the moisture content of the product, weigh 20~10cm of sample into a pre-prepared container (note that the material of the container must not be oxidized), dry it at 150°C, weigh it at 1/300, and calculate the moisture content of the product. The sample after the sub-determination shall not be used for the test. 4.2 Diffusive method 4.2-1 Only the container and materials approved by the State Environmental Protection Administration on December 22, 1997 and implemented on July 1, 1998 GB 5086. 2-
4.2.1.1 Extraction container: 21. Wide-mouth polyethylene bottle with sealing stopper (when conducting leaching toxicity test on large number of samples, large colorimetric tube with sealing stopper can be used as extraction container)
4.2.1.2 Extraction device: reciprocating horizontal machine with adjustable frequency. Extraction agent: deionized water or distilled water of equal purity, 4.2.1.3
Filter membrane: 0.45μm microporous filter membrane or medium-speed blue band quantitative filter paper. 4.2-7.4
5 Filter device: pressure filter device or vacuum filter device; centrifugal separation device can also be used for difficult-to-filter substances. 4.2.1.5
4.2.2 Extraction conditions
Sample 1 basis weight means 100.0g
Solidity ratio is 1¥10
4.2.2.3Vibration frequency is 110±10 times/min4.2.2.4Amplitude is 40mm.
4.2.2.5The time for moving the lotus root is 8h.
4. 2. 2. 6Standing time is 16h.
4.2.2.7The test temperature is room temperature.
4. 2. 3 Operation steps
4.2.3.1 Weigh 100.0g of dry sample, place in a 2L extraction container, add 1L of extractant, cover the bottle cap and fix it vertically on a reciprocating horizontal oscillator: adjust the frequency to 110±10 times/min, move and extract for 8 hours at room temperature, let it stand for 16 hours, remove it, filter it on a filter device with a pre-installed filter membrane (or filter paper), collect all the effluent, which is the effluent, and remove it for analysis. If the effluent cannot be analyzed immediately, follow GB/T15555.1~15555.12--1995 "Toxicity of Leaching of Solid Waste" 4.2.3.2 If the water content of the sample is greater than or equal to 91%, filter the sample directly and collect all the filtrate for analysis. 4.2.3.3 If the water content of the sample is higher but less than 91%, the leaching dose should be supplemented according to the water content of the sample, which is different from the final leaching dose calculated according to the specified solid-liquid ratio, and then the procedure in 4.2.3.1 should be followed. 5 Quality Assurance
5.1 At least one leaching blank should be made for each batch of samples (maximum 20 samples). 5.2 At least one spiked recovery sample should be made for each batch of samples. 5.3 Each batch of filter membranes should be subjected to absorption or dissolution experiments of recommended substances. 5.4 During the filtration, the liquid phase in each filtration container must pass through the filtration device, and all the filtrate must be collected and analyzed after filtration. 5.5 The samples must complete the toxicity test and analytical determination within the storage period. 5.6 The parallel sampling rate of each batch of samples for leaching test shall not be less than 20% according to the leaching procedure. 5.7 The results of leaching blank, spiked sample and parallel double sample shall not be greater than the allowable error specified in the method. 5.8 Fill in the leaching test record and save all quality control data for reference or application. 227
