Non-standard pipe racks (called special pipe racks) should be drawn. Draw the general structure drawing and prepare the material list according to the technical requirements and welding methods of the "Chemical Equipment Document Preparation Regulations". 2 The line width and font regulations are shown in HG20519.28-92. The supported pipes should be represented by thin solid lines. The welding rod brand should be indicated.
4. If standard parts are selected in the special pipe rack drawing, the drawing number or standard number of the standard parts should be noted. 5 In order to facilitate the reuse of drawings, one drawing is drawn for each special pipe rack. 6 The drawing size is generally A4 or A3.
7 The scale is generally 1:20 or 1:10.
8 A material list is listed above the title bar. Its format and content are shown in the example figure. 9 The notes should indicate the technical requirements or construction requirements as well as the adopted standards and specifications, etc. See the example drawing
