JB/T4171—1999 General Rules for Precision Inspection of Woodworking Machine Tools 3 Requirements
3.1 When using this standard, the provisions of JB/T4171 should be referred to. 3.2 Before the machine tool is inspected, adjust the installation level of the machine tool according to 3.1 of JB/T4171-1999, place the level in the middle of the machine tool workbench, and the vertical and horizontal readings of the level shall not exceed 0.1/1000. 3.3 When the actual measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance shall comply with the provisions of 2.2.1.1 of JB/T4171-1999. Converted according to the measurable length, the minimum conversion value is 0.01mm. 3.4 The order of various precision inspections listed in this standard does not represent the actual inspection order. In order to facilitate the disassembly and inspection of the machine tool, the inspection can be carried out in any order.
4 Geometric precision inspection
Geometric precision inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1.
