SY/T5533-2002
This standard is revised on the basis of SY/T5533--92 "IS series eddy current brake". The purpose of the revision is to maintain consistency with the newly released GB/T17744-1999 "Drilling Equipment Specification" and SY/T5609-1999 "Oil Drilling Rig Type and Basic Parameters", and enrich the new structural type. Technical performance indicators and other contents to meet the needs of the market. Compared with SY/T5533-92, the main changes of this standard are: 1. The nominal drilling depth (referred to as nominal drilling depth) range is calibrated with 114mm drill rod, and the nominal drilling depth range cancels the original 20 levels, and adds 30 and 120 levels.
1. Added relevant content of air-cooled electromagnetic eddy current brake. Improved the insulation level standard of electromagnetic eddy current brake excitation line diagram. From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace SY/T5533--92 at the same time. This standard was proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for the Promotion of Petroleum Drilling Equipment and Tools. The drafting unit of this standard: Lanzhou Petrochemical Machinery General Factory, the main drafters of this standard: Qi Kangsheng, Gao Wei, He Yan, Luo Xianjun. Check the air gap value according to the provisions of 2. Every time it rotates 120, use a feeler gauge to measure the gap value through the six observation holes on both sides of the eddy current brake. Rotate three times continuously, and measure three gap values for each observation hole according to the above provisions. Among the 18 air gaps, more than 14 should meet the requirements to be qualified: the air gap value is equal to the gap value plus the coating thickness of the stator outer cylindrical surface plus the coating thickness of the rotor inner cylindrical surface). 6.1.4 Check the operation according to the provisions of 5.8, at a speed of not less than 150r/min, without cooling water (wind), without inputting excitation current, and run idly for more than 20min.
At a speed of not less than 250r/min, pass cooling water (wind), do not input excitation current, and run idly for more than 1h. The amount of cooling water for water-cooled type is based on a small amount of water spraying out after the screw plugs are opened at the upper observation holes on both sides of the eddy current brake. Check the temperature rise of the bearing and the seals at all locations according to the provisions of 5.9 and 5.10. 1) The coating thickness shall be based on the production inspection record or on-site disassembly inspection. 4
