This standard was drafted by Shanghai Food Hygiene Supervision and Inspection Institute, Food Hygiene Supervision and Inspection Institute of Ministry of Health, Institute of Nutrition and Food Hygiene of Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, and West China University of Medical Sciences. The main drafters of this standard are Wu Qile, Han Chi, Yang Huifen, Wang Zhunzhou, Gu Weiqin, and Tian Yongbi. This standard is interpreted by the Ministry of Health's Food Hygiene Supervision and Inspection Institute, the technical unit entrusted by the Ministry of Health.
