4.2 The physical and chemical indicators of products in direct contact with Fe-Cr-Al resistor materials (such as peeling bricks, casing, etc.) and inner village products for salt furnaces shall meet the requirements of Table 1. In addition, the average content of Fe;0, shall not be greater than 1.5%, and there shall be no melt holes and slag corrosion on the contact surface with the resistor material and molten salt. 4.3 According to the requirements, the thermal shock stability test should be carried out on the products, and the high temperature compressive strength and flexural strength test should be carried out on the furnace bottom load-bearing parts and structural parts with special requirements. 5.1 The sampling of products shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB10325. Take 3 pieces of each batch of products for physical and chemical inspection, and take 10 pieces for appearance inspection. 5.2 The cutting of product samples shall be in accordance with GB 7321. 5.3 Chemical analysis shall be in accordance with GB6900.1~6900.4. 5.4 The fire resistance test shall be in accordance with GB 7322. 5.5 The test of load softening temperature shall be in accordance with GB 5989. 5.6 The test of reburning line change shall be in accordance with GB 5988. 5.1 The test of apparent porosity shall be in accordance with GB2997. 5.8 The test of room temperature compressive strength shall be in accordance with GB 5072. 5.9 The test of high temperature compressive strength shall be in accordance with YB 2208. The test of high overflow flexural strength shall be in accordance with GB3002. 5.10 The test of thermal stability shall be in accordance with YB376.
