Summary:
This standard specifies the criteria for marking the noise radiation value of machines and equipment one by one, that is, each machine produced has its own noise radiation value marked separately. It is also a method to verify whether the noise radiation value of a single machine and equipment conforms to its standard value. This standard is applicable to the determination and verification of the standard value of machines and equipment produced in small batches and single pieces marked individually. It is not applicable to the determination and verification of the label value of large-scale machines and equipment. Acoustics-Stalistical methods for delermining and yerifying slalednoise emission values of machinery and equipment-- Part 2: Methods for stated values for individual machinesGB/T 14573.293
This standard refers to the international standard IS07574/2-1985 "Acoustics-Stalistical methods for delermining and yerifying slalednoise emission values of machinery and equipment-- Part 2: Methods for stated values for individual machines". The term "statistical value" used in this series of standards represents various standard values determined by statistical methods. The methods specified in this standard are statistical in nature only in a limited sense, and are mainly used to estimate K values. 1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the criteria for marking the noise emission values of machinery and equipment individually, that is, each machine produced has its own separately marked noise emission value. It is also a method to check whether the noise radiation value of a single machine is in accordance with its label value. This standard is applicable to the determination and verification of the label value of small batches and single-product machines and equipment marked one by one. It is not applicable to the determination and verification of the label value of large batches of machines and equipment. www.bzxz.net

3.1 The names and symbols of acoustic terms and units used in this standard shall comply with GB 3947 and GB 3.2 The label value in this standard refers to various specified values determined by statistical methods (for example, label values determined based on data, upper limit values determined by experts, negotiated values, etc.).
4 General
The label value in this standard refers to the upper limit of the noise radiation value of a single machine marked one by one, that is, the noise radiation value of the machine. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on August 28, 1993 and implemented on March 1, 1994
The measured values shall not exceed this limit.
GB/T 14573.2 --93
Note: This standard requires that all measurements be completed in a laboratory with appropriate test equipment and certified personnel. 5 Principle of determining the label value L by the quality inspector When a small number of machines of a certain specification need to be individually marked with their noise label values, the quality inspector shall determine them according to the following procedures. 5.1 The measured values L* are determined according to the special test specifications for the machine series and are expressed as the measured value of a single machine or as the average of several measured values (the asterisk is used to distinguish between measured values determined in accordance with this section or in accordance with Section 6). Note: If the special test technical specifications of the machine series stipulate more than one operating method in the positive belt use, the operating method that produces the highest 1" should be used in reverse, or the operating method agreed in the corresponding machine industry or in the contract should be determined. And the selected installation, operating conditions and measurement technical specifications should be stated.
5.2 Machine label value (2L+K)
The value in the above formula depends on the random measurement error generated under reproducibility conditions, and its measured value basically satisfies the normal distribution. At this time, the reproducibility standard deviation is multiplied by the quantile U corresponding to the acceptance probability P to obtain: a suitable K value. That is: K-Up·Ou
The value K=3dB, which is appropriate in many cases (equivalent to P.=9%, Ur-1.645, =1.8dB). Table 1 Different acceptance probabilities P. The corresponding quantile UpP. of the standard normal distribution
If the specified value is only related to a contract, and the contract 1: stipulates that the label value must be measured by the quality inspector when the machine noise radiation value is measured. If the test is carried out in the laboratory, the quality inspector can consider that the K value is determined under repeatability conditions. If the value is tested in different laboratories, the quality inspector can consider that the K value is determined under reproducibility conditions. 6. Checking the label value of a single machine
First, check whether the measurement meets the requirements of the special test specifications for the machine series. If there is no special test specification, the measurement can be carried out according to the national standards GB3767.GB6881.GB6882, etc., and the test base value L (without correction) is compared with the label value. Compare and draw conclusions according to the following principles:
When LL., the label value of the single machine is qualified: When L>I, the label value of the single machine is unqualified. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Acoustic Standardization. This standard is under the responsibility of the Mechanical Industry Environmental Protection Technology Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery. This standard was participated in by the Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and the Precision Instrument Department of Tsinghua University.
