This standard specifies the model specifications, technical requirements, inspection rules and test methods, as well as packaging, marking and transportation requirements of ventilation channel steel. 3.1 The cross-sectional shape, specification, size and deviation of ventilation channel steel shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1. 3.2 Ventilation slots should be supplied in strips.
3.3 The supply length of ventilation slot steel is stipulated as follows: a. The usual length is 2~~4m, and the allowable supply length is not less than 1.5tn: the old length shall not exceed 15% of the batch delivery quantity; the fixed length and multiple length shall be indicated in the contract: the length deviation is 132mm. b. bzxz.net
3.4 When ordering, the product name, specification, material and the number of this standard shall be indicated. Theoretical sub-quantity
4.1 The ventilation channel steel is made of A3 grade A carbon structural steel. The chemical composition, mechanical properties and technical conditions shall comply with the provisions of YB170.
Quality: Ventilation channel steel made of other materials can be supplied upon agreement between the two parties: 4.2 The linear length of each meter of the ventilation channel steel delivered in strips shall not exceed 4mm. 4.3 The ventilation channel steel shall not have visible twisting with the naked eye. 4.4 The vertical section of the ventilation steel shall not have obvious asymmetry with the naked eye: 4.5 The ventilation channel steel shall not have visible cracks when punching. 4.6 The surface of the ventilation channel steel shall be clean and smooth, without cracks, scars, inclusions, folds and oxide scale, etc., but local mechanical scratches, black spots, dots and small burrs are allowed, and their depth shall not exceed half of the deviation. 5 Inspection rules and test methods
5.1 Each batch of ventilation steel shall be inspected by the quality management department of the manufacturer. 5-2 Ventilation channel steel shall be inspected in batches, and each batch shall be made of the same material and the same specification. 5.3 Take 10% of each batch of ventilation channel steel and inspect the surface quality with the naked eye: measure the cross-sectional dimensions with a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 5.4 Randomly select 5 pieces from each batch of ventilation channel steel, and take a 500mm long sample from each piece, and perform a punching rivet foot test according to Figure 2. 5.5 Use a 1m long ruler to check the straightness of each meter. 5.6 If any item of the inspection result is unqualified, it cannot be shipped out of the factory, and it is allowed to be reprocessed. Submit it as a new batch for inspection. If it is unqualified again, it can be inspected item by item. The qualified ones will be delivered.
6 Packaging, marking and transportation
6.1 Ventilation channel steel shall be delivered in bundles, and each bundle shall be made of the same material and the same specification: the weight shall not exceed 30kg. 6.2 Ventilation channel steel should be coated with anti-rust oil before leaving the factory. The packaging is divided into two layers, the inner layer is wax paper, and the outer layer is sack skin. The two ends should be thickened and tightly wrapped without loosening. Each bundle of wire waist should not be less than three. 6.3 Ventilation channel steel should be transported under conditions that will not cause damage and corrosion. 6.4 Each bundle of ventilation channel steel should be hung with a sign. The sign should be clear and reliable. It should be tightly wrapped with wire on the outside of the packaging skin. The sign should indicate:
