This standard is a revision of the chemical industry standard HG/T2442-1993 "Washing Machine V-Belt". The main technical differences between this standard and HG/T2442-1993: the flexural performance is removed.
- The requirements for all dimensional deviations of washing machine V-belts are stricter than those of HG/T2442-1993. - The dynamic performance requirements for the cord adhesion strength test and the fatigue life test on a dedicated fatigue testing machine are added. This standard replaces HG/T2442-1993 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the Policy and Regulations Department of the former State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the chemical industry tape standardization technical centralized unit. The drafting units of this standard: Hebei Huanyu Rubber Factory, Qingdao Rubber Industry Research Institute. This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of V-belts for clothes washing machine (hereinafter referred to as washing V-belts).
This standard applies to V-belts used for washing machine transmission. 2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. 3.1 Structure
The belt is composed of wrapping cloth, top glue, wire and bottom glue, as shown in Figure 1.
3.2 Model
According to the cross-sectional size, the V-belt is divided into four types: M, Z, SPZ and A. 3.3 Marking
