Minimum bending radius
Outer diameter deviation and wall thickness deviation of steel pipes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T8163. 4.1
4.2The end of the bend shall comply with the provisions of JB/T1308.3. mm
Minimum straight edge length
4.3Steel pipes with positive deviations in outer diameter and wall thickness shall be used to make bends. If steel pipes that have been inspected and ground are used, the ground parts should not be placed outside the arc.
4.4 The pipe is hot-bent or cold-bent, and must be tempered after bending. The mechanical properties after tempering are >882MPa:
a, 2735MPa;
8.≥15%:
4.5 The ovality of the outer diameter of the bent pipe is not greater than 5%, and it is not allowed to be bent back. 5 Marking example
