GB/T4897.6-2003
GB/T4897% creative board\is divided into seven parts: Part 1: Common requirements for all board types; Part 2: Requirements for ordinary boards used in dry conditions; Part 3: Requirements for furniture and interior decoration boards used in dry conditions; Part 4: Requirements for structural boards used in dry conditions; Part 5: Requirements for structures used in humid conditions; Part 6: Requirements for reinforced structural boards used in explosive conditions; Part 7: Requirements for reinforced structural boards used in humid conditions. This part is the sixth part of B/T4897 particleboard. This part is not equivalent to the European standard EN312-6:1997 "Particleboard Part 6: Requirements for reinforced structural boards used in dry conditions". Except for surface bonding strength and screw holding force, the physical and chemical performance indicators are the same as EN312-6. The dimensional change detection items are not listed in this part. This part replaces the corresponding part of GB/T4897-1992. GB/T4897--2003 Particleboard\Compared with the previous version (B/T4897-1992), the important technical change is that the original standard is divided into seven parts, among which the requirements for structural boards used in moisture-proof conditions and the requirements for reinforced structural boards used in wet conditions are newly added. This part corresponds to the technical requirements of Class B in the original standard, but the performance indicators are higher, which is consistent with EN 312-6. This part was proposed by the State Forestry Administration.
This part was drafted by the National Technical Committee for the Promotion of Standardization of Wood-Based Panels. The responsible drafting unit of this part is the Institute of Wood Industry, Chinese Academy of Forestry. The participating drafting units of this part are Beijing Timber Factory and Hebei Saibo Board Industry Group. The main drafters of this part are Chen Wangying, Long Ling, Zheng Fengshan, and Zhang Zhanhao. This part was first issued in February 1985, revised for the first time in August 1992, and this is the second revision. This part is entrusted to the National Technical Committee for the Promotion of Standardization of Wood-Based Panels for interpretation. CB/T 4897. 6--2003
Particleboard Part 6: Requirements for reinforced structural boards used in a dry state 1 Scope
This part of GB/T 4897 specifies the technical requirements, statistical calculation and determination methods, measurement and test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and signs for structural boards used in a dry state. This part applies to particleboard as defined in 3.6 of GB/T 4897.1-2003. This part does not apply to standard particleboard (OSB). 2 Normative references
