This standard specifies the test items, test methods and evaluation indicators for the reliability assessment of the front axle of four-wheeled agricultural transport vehicles. This standard applies to the reliability assessment of the front axle of four-wheeled agricultural transport vehicles. 2 Test Items
The test items for the reliability assessment of the front axle include: a) static strength test of vertical bending of the front axle;
b) fatigue life test of vertical bending of the front axle. 3 Static Strength Test of Vertical Bending of Front Axle
3.1 Test Samples
3 pieces are randomly selected from no less than 50 qualified products of the assessed unit. 3.2 Test Methods
3.2.1 Test Equipment
Hydraulic testing machine or other loading device, the test load error shall not exceed ±1%. 3.2.2 Test procedure
3.2.2.1 Adjust the test device so that the axis of the steering knuckle is in the plane determined by the axis of the two kingpin holes of the front axle. 3.2.2.2 The test load shall be applied symmetrically to the centers of the two leaf spring seats and perpendicular to the plane of the leaf spring seats. The fulcrum shall be on the axis of the two steering knuckles and the distance between them is the wheelbase of the two wheels of the front axle. The force point and the fulcrum may also be interchanged. 3.2.2.3 The test load shall be applied once until any part of the specimen breaks or undergoes severe plastic deformation. The test load shall not be applied repeatedly in the meantime. The maximum load at the time of specimen failure shall be recorded.
3.2.3 Data processing
3.2.3.1 Calculate the vertical bending strength reserve coefficient Knl of each front axle: Ku=Qn/Q
Where Qar is the front axle failure load, N;
Q is the static full load axle load of the front axle, N.
3.2.3.2 Find the minimum value Knmix of the reserve coefficient K. of the three front axles. 3.3 Evaluation index of reliability assessment

4 Front axle vertical bending fatigue life test
4.1 Test samples

Randomly select 5 pieces from no less than 50 qualified products of the assessed unit. 4.2 Test method of reliability assessment
4.2.1 Test equipment
Hydraulic fatigue testing machine or other corresponding testing machine, the test load error shall not exceed ±1%. 4.2.2 Test load
The load is a sinusoidal alternating load, the lower limit of which is 0.5 times the static full load axle load, and the upper limit of which is 3.5 times the static full load axle load. The test frequency depends on the equipment.
4.2.3 Test procedure
4.2.3.1 Adjust the test device so that the axis of the steering knuckle is in the plane determined by the axis of the two kingpin holes of the front axle. 4.2.3.2 The test load should be symmetrically applied to the center of the two leaf spring seats and perpendicular to the plane of the leaf spring seats.
