This standard specifies the structure and parameters, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, as well as the requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of general-purpose wire rope electric hoist electrical control equipment (hereinafter referred to as electronic control equipment) during acceptance. This standard applies to the acceptance requirements of electric hoist electronic control equipment (including: control box, button device, limiter, electromagnetic brake components, etc.). 2 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are all valid. 3.1 The structural design of the electronic control equipment shall comply with the use requirements of the electric hoist, and the protection grade of its enclosure shall not be lower than IP54 in GB/T4942.2. For electrical components installed in an IP54 enclosure, the protection grade is generally IP00. 3.2 The parameters of the electronic control equipment shall comply with the performance requirements of the electric hoist and the provisions of the corresponding standards of the electronic control equipment. 3.3 The rated working voltage of the electric control equipment is three-phase AC 380V, frequency 50Hz. Special requirements can be negotiated and determined when ordering. The control voltage should preferably be no more than 36V.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 The normal use environment of the electric control equipment should comply with the conditions specified in 6.1 of GB/T14048.1-1993. If the conditions are exceeded, they should comply with the standards of relevant electrical appliances.
4.2 For electric control equipment used in places with high humidity or large temperature changes, ventilation and heat dissipation or heating measures should be taken. 4.3 There must be a reliable electrical connection between the metal shell of the electric control equipment or the metal parts that may be energized and the grounding screw, and the measured value of the connection resistance should be no more than 0.1α.
4.4 The grounding wire of the electric control equipment must be a yellow-green two-color plastic soft wire with a cross-section of no less than 1.5mm2. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000

4.5 Only two wires are usually allowed to be fastened at each joint of an electrical component. When more than two wires are fastened, measures should be taken to ensure reliability. 4.6 The electrical components required for assembling electric control equipment should have a certificate of conformity. 4.7 The main circuit and control circuit of the wires installed in the electric control equipment must be distinguished by different colors. The cross-section of the main circuit wire should be determined according to the controlled power or the installation wiring diagram. The cross-section of the control circuit wire should not be less than 1.5mm copper core multi-strand soft wire. For weak current components, copper core multi-strand soft wire of not less than 0.5mm2 is allowed. 4.8 The layout of electrical components should be reasonable and beautiful, easy to operate and maintain, and there should be sufficient distance for dismantling and repair and safe arc spraying distance. 4.9 The wires connected to the electrical components should be covered with copper end sleeves or wiring noses at the ends of the wire cores, the number of wire cores at the ends of the wires should be complete, and the electrical wiring should be correct.
4.10 There should be a certain distance between the electrical components and wires and the heating element (such as resistors, etc.) to avoid affecting the service life of the electrical components due to overheating. If the wires connected to the heating element are not heat-resistant wires, the insulation of an appropriate length should be stripped and covered with heat-resistant porcelain beads (the temperature of the wire ends should not be greater than the heat-resistant temperature of the wires at this time).
4.11 The soft wire harness connected to the movable structural parts should be covered with a non-flammable plastic hose, and its bending length should ensure that the bending radius of the harness is greater than 10 times the outer diameter of the harness.
4.12 For electrical appliances assembled with weak current components or thyristors, they should be centrally arranged and assembled separately to form a control panel or control box. 4.13 The shell of the button device should be made of high-strength plastic, and the surface of the shell should be smooth without bubbles and cracks. 4.14 The inlet of the button device should have a rubber sheath to protect the cable and a device to tighten the cable. 4.15 The button of the button device should have an operation mark consistent with the direction of the electric hoist. 4.16 The button action of the button device should be flexible, the contact should be in good contact, and the overall structure should be free of defects. 4.17 The insulation resistance of the electric control equipment should be no less than 1.5MQ. 4.18 The electrical clearance and creepage distance between the insulator and the conductive parts of the electric control equipment should comply with the provisions of 7.2.3 of GB/T14048.1-1993. 4.19 The electric control equipment should be subjected to a dielectric withstand voltage test, and its requirements should comply with the provisions of 7.1.3 of GB/T14048.1-1993. 4.20 The electric control equipment should be verified for moisture resistance according to test Db of item 8.1.2b) of GB/T14048.1-1993, and should meet the standard requirements after the test.
4.21 The heat resistance of the electric control equipment shall be verified, and the requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of 8.1.3 of GB/T14048.1-1993. 4.22
The electrical life of the contactor in the control box shall not be less than 800,000 times, and the mechanical life shall not be less than 5 million times. 3 The electrical life of the button device: the control circuit shall not be less than 800,000 times, and the main circuit shall not be less than 500,000 times. 4.23

5 The electrical life of the limiter: the control circuit shall not be less than 800,000 times and the main circuit shall not be less than 150,000 times. 4.25
The mechanical life of the limiter: the control circuit shall not be less than 3 million times, and the main circuit shall not be less than 600,000 times. 4.26
The button device shall be tested for its breaking capacity under the conditions specified in Table 1 and shall be able to be used normally after the test. 4.27
The limiter shall be tested for its breaking capacity under the conditions specified in Table 2 and shall be able to be used normally after the test. The button device shall be tested for impact resistance and drop resistance and shall be able to be used normally after the test. The electronic control equipment shall be able to operate normally under 0.85U. Table 1

3.1 The structural design of the electronic control equipment shall comply with the use requirements of the electric hoist, and the protection grade of its enclosure shall not be lower than IP54 in GB/T4942.2. 4 Technical requirements
