Test method for initial dryness of plastics gravure printing inks
Test method for initial dryness of plastics gravure printing inks1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the test method for initial dryness of gravure plastic inks. This standard is applicable to the test of initial dryness of gravure plastic inks. 2 Principle
GB/T 13217.5-91
Under the specified temperature, humidity and a certain period of time, the organic solvent in the ink print evaporates at a certain speed, causing the ink film of different thicknesses to change from liquid to solid, which is the initial dryness, expressed in mm/30 seconds. 3 Materials
3.1 Scraping paper: 160mm×60mm, 65g/m2 illustrated newspaper. 3.2 Cotton yarn.
3.3 Scrubbing solvent: ethanol or gasoline.
4 Instruments
4.1 Glass rod: 7mm, 250mm long.
4.2 Stopwatch: 0.2s.
4.3 Mercury thermometer: 0~50℃, 0.1℃. 4.4 Metric ruler: minimum scale value 1mm. 4.5 Rubber roller: 432mm, 100mm long, 50 degrees of Shore hardness. 4.60~~100um scraper fineness meter: QXP-100 type, 5 Inspection conditions
5.1 The inspection should be carried out at a temperature of 25±1℃ and a humidity of 65%±5%. 5.2 Avoid the air outlet during the inspection.
6 Test steps
6.1 Use a glass rod to take a certain amount of the sample that has been adjusted and the temperature is 25±1℃ and drop it on the scraper at 100um to fill the groove. 6.2 Use a scraper to scrape it off quickly and start the time immediately. 6.3 Align the scraping paper with the lower edge of the scraper. After 30s, lay the scraping paper flat and push it up from the lower end of the scraper with a rubber tape, and then immediately peel off the scraping paper.
Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on September 14, 1991 and implemented on August 1, 1992Www.bzxZ.net
Test results
GB/T 13217. 5 --91
7.1 Measure the length of the uninked mark with a straight ruler from zero micron and express it in millimeters. 7.2 The test should be carried out twice in parallel, and the measurement error should not be greater than 3mm. Additional remarks:
This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Inks. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Inks. This standard was drafted by the Technical Committee for Ink Testing Methods of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Inks.
