This standard specifies the shapes of 5×7, 7×7, 7×9, 9×7 dot-matrix graphic characters, which are applicable to general dot-matrix printing equipment and display equipment. The grid size meter preferred by the standard is applicable to printing equipment. Note: The character dot matrix in this standard is represented by horizontal first and then vertical. ② If the grid does not adopt the preferred size, it may cause difficulties for machine recognition. 2 Character types
