4.2 The basic indicators and pricing methods for oil content shall be determined by each province. 4.3 The limit for moldy grains is 2%, and the treatment methods exceeding the limit shall be determined by each province. 4.4 Sanitary indicators shall comply with relevant national regulations. 4.5 Plant quarantine items shall comply with relevant national regulations. 5 Inspection methods
5.1 The sampling and sub-sampling of rapeseed samples shall be carried out in accordance with GB5491. 5.2 The determination of rapeseed oil content shall be carried out in accordance with GB5512. 5.3 The inspection of rapeseed impurities shall be carried out in accordance with GB5494. 5.4 The moisture content of rapeseed shall be tested in accordance with GB5497. 5.5 The color and smell of rapeseed shall be tested in accordance with GB5492. 6 Packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 When using sacks for packaging of rapeseed, the requirements of GB8115 shall be met. 6.2 The transportation and storage of rapeseed shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. Additional notes:
