The type and basic data and the sie for hot metal ladle car This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions of hot metal ladle cars. This standard is applicable to hot metal ladle cars used to transport hot metal in ironmaking plants and steelmaking plants of metallurgical enterprises. 2 Type, basic parameters and dimensions
2.1 Type
a) The type of ZT35, ZT65, ZTC65, and ZT100 hot metal ladle cars is shown in Figure 1; b) The type of ZT140 hot metal ladle car is shown in Figure 2;
c) The type of ZT180 hot metal ladle car is shown in Figure 3;
d) The type of ZT200 hot metal ladle car is shown in Figure 4.
Basic parameters and dimensions
a) The basic parameters and dimensions shall conform to the provisions of Table 1 and Figures 1 to 4; b) When the molten iron car is overturned, the matching dimensions with the front support shall conform to the provisions of Table 2 and Figure 5 Table 1
