Part 7 : Relevant specifications for flanges for square waveguidesGB11449.6—89
This standard applies to square waveguide flanges. It is part of the complete set of waveguide flange standards and should be used in conjunction with GB11449.1≤Waveguide flanges Part 1: General requirements》. 1 General
1.1 Flange types
The square waveguide flange types included in this standard are listed in Table 1 and Figure 1. 1.2 Flange model designation
The flange model is composed of the following:
The first letter \F\ indicates the waveguide flange; the second letter indicates the type of flange. Flanges with the same letter and the same waveguide size can be matched. The second letter indicates the structural characteristics of the flange: M
Flange has sealing groove but no choke groove;
P---Flange has no sealing groove and choke groove. The number indicates the waveguide code that matches the flange. d.
Marking example:
Flange KFP49GB11449
Indicates a K-type flange without sealing groove, and the matching square waveguide is BF49. 2 Mechanical requirements
2.1 Dimensions
2.1. 1 Positioning holes
All holes should be precision drilled.
2.1.2 Positioning screw light, screw point diameter
The basic values of screw diameter and their deviations are listed in Table 1. 2.1.3 Relationship between screw and positioning hole diameter To ensure the connection of the two flanges, the following should be specified for each single flange: 3. The position of the hole, the basic size of the support diameter and its deviation;. The basic size of the diameter of the connecting bolt screw with appropriate fit. The recommended types of fit between the locating hole and the screw are listed in Table 1. 2.1.4 Flange dimensions and thickness
Approved by the Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 4, 1989 and implemented on March 1, 1990
GB 11449.6-89
The flange dimensions and thickness are listed in Table 1. The values given are based on brass. If other materials are used, other more appropriate values should be used.
2.1.5 Surface roughness of the flange contact surface The surface roughness R. value of the flange contact surface should not be greater than 1.6m. 2.1.6 Contact surface flatness
The contact surface flatness should not be less than 0.02mm. 2.1.7 Perpendicularity of the hole axis
The perpendicularity of the hole axis to the flange contact surface is 90±1/4°. 2.2 General requirements for assembled flanges
2.2.1 Positioning of holesWww.bzxZ.net
The positioning of holes shall be based on the theoretical symmetry line of the inner section of the waveguide. 2.2.2 Verticality of contact surface
The verticality of the flange contact surface to the waveguide axis shall be 90±1/4°. 23 Additional requirements for unassembled flanges 2.3.1 Assembly type
The drawings in this standard show assembled flanges. The installation type of flange and waveguide is given as an example, but this does not exclude other installation types.
2.3.2 Diameter shape
The size of the part of the flange that fits the waveguide shall be the same as the basic external size of the waveguide in GB11450.6 "Specifications for square waveguides". The deviation of the diameter size depends on the materials used and the assembly method. Therefore, it should be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties according to needs. 2.3.3 Hole Positioning
For pre-drilled flanges, the hole positioning should be based on the theoretical symmetry line of the flange diameter. 2.3.4 Ordering Notes
When ordering unmounted flanges, a certain processing allowance should be left for certain dimensions that need to be processed after assembly. K-type flange
