1.1 This standard specifies the type and size of fuel filler openings and fuel filler caps for earth-moving machinery. 1.2 This standard is applicable to earth-moving machinery.
2 Terminology
2.1 The terminology of the fuel filler opening related parts is shown in Figure 1. 2.2

3 Types and nominal dimensions

3.1 The types of fuel filling ports are divided into threaded type and bayonet type, and their nominal dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Commission on December 23, 1987 and implemented on January 1, 1989wwW.bzxz.Net

The type and nominal dimensions of fuel filling port shall be selected by the manufacturer. The following requirements shall be taken into consideration when selecting: a.
Easy to fill;
The size of the port shall allow the filling pipe to be inserted; prevent foreign matter from entering the fuel tank;
Use an oil filter, the size and structure of which shall ensure sufficient flow when filling the fuel; an oil dipstick may be used instead of a fuel level indicator to measure the oil level. Threaded filling port dimensions

6 Fastening of fuel filler cap
