This standard specifies the dimensions of the shaft and housing for mounting rolling bearings and other related dimensions. This standard applies to bearings under normal use conditions whose dimensions comply with GB/T 273.1-2003, GB/T 273.2-1998 and FGB/T 273.3-1999. This standard replaces GB/T5868-1986 installation dimensions of loose bearings: Compared with GB/T5868-1986, this standard has the following major changes: First, the writing format has been modified in accordance with GN/T1.1-200C; GB/T5868-2003
has changed the "codes of various types of bearings (Tables 1 to 5 of the 1986 edition and Table A.1 of Appendix A. Tables 1 to 3 of this edition); the meanings of symbols have been added (see Chapter 3); most symbols have been changed (Chapters 5 to 7 of the 1986 edition and Appendix A, 4.≤+~4.7 of this edition); "installation dimensions" have been combined into one chapter (Chapters 1 to 2 of the 1986 edition, Chapter 4 of this edition); "round roller bearings" or "sizes" have been added (see Tables 3 and 4); the changes have been made to the transmission bearings and return roller bearings. The installation dimensions of individual bearing sizes (Table 3 and Table 1 of the 1986 edition, Table 3, Table 1, Table 1 of this edition) were added. The installation dimensions of the external seismic needle bearings were added (see Table 4). The original appendix "installation dimensions of thrust self-aligning bearings" was moved to Appendix A of the 1966 edition. 71 of this edition; the informative appendix "installation dimensions of radial bearings" (Appendix A) was added; Appendix A marked here is an informative appendix.
