The following terms and definitions apply to this part of GB 18406. 3.1
Pollution-free livestock and poultry meat products
Livestock and poultry meat products produced under conditions that meet the requirements of pollution-free livestock and poultry meat production areas, whose toxic and harmful substance content is within the safe allowable range specified in national laws, regulations and relevant mandatory standards, and comply with this part of GB18406, including fresh (frozen) livestock and poultry meat products. 3.2
Limits of toxic and harmful substances
The maximum amount of heavy metals, nitrites, pesticides and animal drugs (including their metabolites) allowed in livestock and poultry meat products. 4 Requirements
4.1 Sanitary quarantine requirements for pollution-free poultry meat products Pollution-free livestock and poultry meat products shall pass inspection and quarantine. 4.2 Requirements for limits of toxic and harmful substances in pollution-free livestock and poultry meat products The limits of toxic and harmful substances in pollution-free livestock and poultry meat products shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.4 Requirements for the packaging of pollution-free livestock and poultry meat products
4.4.1 The base paper used for the packaging of pollution-free livestock and poultry meat products shall comply with the provisions of GB11680. 4.4.2 The polyethylene molded products used for the packaging of pollution-free livestock and poultry meat products shall comply with the provisions of GB9687. 4.4.3 The n-hexane extract of polypropylene resin used for the packaging of pollution-free livestock and poultry meat products shall comply with the provisions of GB9693. 5 Test methods
5.1 The determination of arsenic shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5009.11. 5.2 The detection of mercury shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5009.17. 5.34

6.1 Batch
Products of the same origin, the same variety and the same process flow are considered a batch. 5 pieces are selected for less than 500kg, 10 pieces are selected for 501-2000kg, and 15 pieces are selected for more than 2001kg.
6.2 Sampling method
Each batch is randomly sampled at multiple points and divided into two parts after mixing, one for inspection and one for retention for inspection. The sampling volume is 2kg. 6.3 Determination
If the test results meet the requirements of this part of GB18406, the batch of products shall be determined as qualified products. If any item in the test results does not meet the requirements of this part, the batch of products shall be determined as unqualified products. 62

7 Packaging, marking, labeling, storage and transportation7.1 Packaging
GB18406.3—2001
The packaging of pollution-free livestock and poultry meat products shall adopt pollution-free and easily degradable packaging materials, and the packaging must meet the requirements specified in this standard. 7.2 Marking
Livestock and poultry meat products that have been approved to use the pollution-free agricultural product logo are allowed to affix the pollution-free agricultural product logo on their products or packaging. 7.3 Labeling
The label of livestock and poultry meat products that have been approved to use the pollution-free agricultural product logo shall indicate the product name, place of origin, production date, production unit or distribution unit.
7.4 Storage
The storage place of pollution-free livestock and poultry meat products should be clean and sanitary, and they must not be mixed with toxic and harmful substances. The storage of products should meet the storage requirements of various products.
7.5 Transportation
The transportation of pollution-free livestock and poultry meat products must be carried out by pollution-free means of transportation, and they must not be mixed with other toxic and harmful substances. The products should meet the storage requirements of various products during transportation. 63
