This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of stainless steel compound bottom pans.
This standard applies to pans with stainless steel plate stretch forming, bottom composite aluminum or composite aluminum and stainless steel, and other compound bottom pans should also be used as a reference.

3.1 The terms should comply with the provisions of QB/T1622.1. 3.2 Symbols and codes shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of QB/T1622.2. 4 Product classification
4.1 Product varieties and types shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.3.2.1 to 4.3.2.4 of QB/T1622.2. 4.2 Specification classification
Shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3.2.5 of QB/T1622.2, b. The diameter of the pot body shall be used as the cousin, starting from 12cm, with a step difference of 2cm. 4.3 Product marking
4.3.1 Product marking shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3 of QB/T1622.2. 4.3.2 Marking example
A polished double-bottomed shallow straight pot with a diameter of 20cm and a factory design serial number of 1. AS1-20QB/T1622.6
4.4 Structure
The product structure and parts names are shown in the figure below.

5 Technical requirements
5.1 Performance

1—Pot knob 2—Pot cover, 3—Pot handle; 4—Pot piercing, 5—Aluminum plate: 6—Stainless steel plate 5.1.1 The test of pot assembly shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.1 of QB/T1622.5. 5.1.2 The spot welding or riveting test shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.2 of QB/T1622.5. 5.1.3 The composite layer shall not crack.
5.1.4 The composite layer shall not crack after the stability test. 5.2 Hygiene requirements shall comply with the provisions of G9684 5.3 Material requirements
5.3.1 Stainless steel plates shall comply with the provisions of 1Cr18Ni9.0Cr19Ni9 in GB/T3280 or other grades with performance not lower than the above provisions.
5.3.2 Bakelite accessories shall comply with the provisions of PF2A1, PF2A, in the general (A) category of GB1404 or other materials with performance equivalent to the above provisions.
5.3.3 Lead plates shall comply with the provisions of 15 codes in GB/T3190 or other codes with performance not lower than the above regulations. 5.4 Product quality requirements
5.4.1 The inspection items, grading and quality requirements of composite layers shall comply with the provisions in the following table, and the rest shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1 of QB/T1622.5. bZxz.net

5.4.2 Grade determination
QB/T1622.6-1992
Superior products: no more than two C-type unqualified items; a.
b, first-class products: no more than three C-type unqualified items; c.
Qualified products: no more than one B-type and two C-type unqualified items or four C-type unqualified items. 6 Test method
6.1 The composite layer shall not crack by visual inspection, and the result shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.3. 6.2 Composite layer stability test
The empty pot is heated to (200±5)°C in an oven, and immediately placed in 50°C water at (15±5)°C for 50 times. After the test, it should meet the requirements of Article 5.1.4.
6.3 The bottom hole, pinhole and diameter of the composite layer are measured with a vernier caliper and a steel ruler. The values should meet the requirements of Article 5.4.1. 6.4 The bottom plane of the composite layer is processed by visual inspection and hand touch. The results should meet the requirements of Article 5.4.1. 6.5 The inner convex value of the composite layer is measured with a micrometer at the maximum circumference of the bottom of the pot on the same flat plate and a point within a diameter of 10mm around the center of the bottom. The difference should meet the requirements of Article 5.4.1. 6.6 The rest should meet the requirements of Chapter 6 of QB/T1622.5. 7 Inspection rules
It should meet the requirements of QB/T1622.3.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Should comply with the provisions of QB/T1622.4.
