This standard specifies the safety technical requirements for water, main materials, auxiliary materials and soil for covering the cultivation substrates of pollution-free edible fungi, as well as the types and methods of using chemical additives, fungicides and pesticides. This standard applies to the cultivation substrates of various cultivated edible fungi. 2 Normative references

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Main raw materials for the cultivation substrate are carbon nutrients that account for a large proportion of the culture medium. Such as sawdust, cottonseed hulls, crop straw, etc.
Substances with a small amount and high nitrogen content in the composition of the cultivation substrate, used to adjust the C/N ratio of the culture substrate. Such as bran, bran, cake fertilizer, poultry and livestock manure, soybean meal, corn meal, etc.
Fungicide
Agents used to kill harmful microorganisms or inhibit their growth, including disinfectants. 3.4
Unfermented or sterilized culture substrate.
4 Requirements
Should comply with the provisions of GB5749.
4.2 Main materials
Wood chips of broad-leaved trees except eucalyptus, camphor, locust, neem and other tree species containing harmful substances; wood chips of coniferous tree species that have been naturally piled up for more than six months; rice 235

grass, wheat straw, corn cobs, corn stalks, sorghum straw, cottonseed hulls, waste cotton, cotton straw, bean straw, peanut straw, peanut shells, sugarcane bagasse and other crop straw husks; furfural residue, wine lees, vinegar lees. It is required to be fresh, clean, dry, free of insects, mold and odor. 4.3 Auxiliary materials
Wheat bran, rice bran, cake fertilizer (meal), corn flour, soybean flour, poultry and livestock manure, etc. It is required to be fresh, clean, dry, free of insects, mold and odor. 4.4 Covering materials
4.4.1 Peat soil, peat soil.
4.4.2 Loam
Conform to the provisions of 4 pairs of secondary standard values in GB15618. 4.5 Chemical additives

Chemical agents not allowed to be used
According to the "Regulations on Pesticide Management of the People's Republic of China", highly toxic and highly toxic pesticides shall not be used in vegetable production. Edible fungi as vegetables should also be fully implemented by reference and shall not be added to the culture medium. Highly toxic pesticides include 3911, Suhua 203, 1605, methyl 1605, 1059, cypermethrin, monocrotophos, phosphamidon, methylamidophos, isopropylphos, trithion, omethoate, zinc phosphide, aluminum phosphide, cyanide, furadan, fluoroacetamide, frost, insecticide, silisheng, silisan, ulcer net, chloropicrin, sodium pentachlorophenol, dichlorobromopropane, 401, etc. B.2
Mixed matrix additives
Mixed matrix additives containing plant growth regulators or with unclear ingredients. B.3 Plant growth regulators
