HG/T2053-91
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of manhole flanges for pond glass containers. This standard is applicable to pond glass containers with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa and a medium temperature higher than -20℃ and lower than or equal to 200℃.

3.1 Manhole flange types are divided into elliptical and circular, and the nominal pressure is divided into three pressure levels of 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa and 1.0MPa. The main dimensions are shown in Table 1 and Figure 1.

4.1 The materials used to manufacture manhole flanges shall be selected according to ZBG94004, 10, 15 or Q235-A. The chemical composition of Q235-A materials shall comply with the provisions of GB700, and the carbon content shall be less than 0.19%. The chemical composition of 10 and 15 steel materials shall comply with the provisions of GB699. Its mechanical properties are in accordance with Table 2.
4.2 The manhole flange shall not have shrinkage holes, delamination, cracks, non-metallic inclusions and other defects that reduce the flange strength and flange connection reliability.
4.3 Except as specified, the accuracy of the un-toleranced dimensions of the machined surface shall be in accordance with the IT14 grade accuracy specified in GB1804. 4.4 The clips for flange connection shall adopt HG/T2054 —91, gasket adopts HG/T2050-91.81

4.5 Manhole flange is made of bent steel.

4.5.1 Welds should be subjected to non-destructive testing, using 100% x-ray testing, x-ray testing The damage should comply with the level II of GB3323: 4.5.2 Before manufacturing, the flange must be evaluated for welding process. The welding process evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB3964. The welding test plate shall be carried out in accordance with JB1614. Full penetration double-sided butt welding shall be adopted. 4.5.3 The butt joint of the flange weld shall be marked. 4.6 The flange surface on the front of the pond glass shall not have obvious scratches and pits, and its depth shall not exceed 0.5mm. The arc connection shall be smoothly transitioned and shall not have edges and corners.
5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 Flanges shall be bundled in a certain number and shall be firmly fixed. 5.2 The product shall be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.3 The product shall be stored indoors and shall not be stored or stacked in the open air. Additional notes:
