This standard is applicable to horizontal and vertical milling machines with table of horizontal height without lifting table for general use with table of working surface width of 400 to 1000mm. This standard is made with reference to ISO1984-1982 "Precision Testing of Milling Machines with Double Horizontal and Vertical Tables without Lifting Table".
The order of precision testing items listed in this standard does not represent the actual testing order. For the convenience of assembling and disassembling testing tools and inspection: the testing can be carried out in any order.
According to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer, the testing items can be increased or decreased. For the sake of simplicity, this standard only includes a schematic diagram of one type of machine tool. 1 General requirements
When using this standard, refer to JB2610-82 "General Rules for Precision Inspection of Gold Wing Cutting Machine Tools", especially the installation, spindle and other parts of the precision inspection and the test method of idling temperature rise. 1.2 Refer to the provisions of Article 3.1 of JB2670 to adjust the installation level of the machine tool. 1.2.1 When adjusting the installation level of the +-shaped worktable milling machine, place the worktable, slide and spindle box and other moving parts in the middle of the stroke. Place a level in the center of the workbench. The readings of the level in the vertical and horizontal directions should not exceed 0.04/1000. 1.2.2 When adjusting the installation level of the column-type and ram-type milling machines, place a circular inspection ladder (for V-type guide rails) or a bridge plate (for flat guide rails) on the bed rails, and place a flat ruler on the circular inspection ladder and the bridge plate perpendicular to the bed rails. Place a level on the circular inspection rod and the bridge plate. The level a is parallel to the guide rails, and the level b is perpendicular to the guide rails. Adjust the guide rail water level. The readings of the level a and b should not exceed 0:04/1000.
1.8 When inspecting the working accuracy, the test piece should be inspected after fine milling. The recommended cutting amount for fine milling is: cutting depth 0.1mm, feed per tooth 0.1mm.
1.4 When the actual measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance shall be calculated according to the provisions of Item 2.3.1.1 of JB2670 based on the longest measurable length. When the conversion result is less than 0.005mm, it shall be calculated as 0.005mm. Issued by the National Bureau of Standards on November 9, 1984
