This standard specifies the quality grade, test method, sampling and evaluation method of plastic injection molding machine products. This standard is applicable to the product quality classification of thermoplastic, single screw, single station, horizontal plastic injection molding machine specified in JB/T7267-1994 "Plastic Injection Molding Machine".
2 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are all valid. 3 Product quality level
Plastic injection molding machine products are divided into three levels: qualified products, first-class products and superior products according to their quality level and use value. In addition to complying with the provisions of JB/T7267, the assessment items and index requirements of each level of plastic injection molding machine products shall also comply with the provisions of Table 1 to Table 6.
3.1 The actual injection quality shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 3.2 The plasticizing capacity shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 3.3 The injection rate shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Note: For theoretical injection volumes not listed in the table, interpolation method is allowed to be used to calculate the actual injection quality, plasticizing capacity and injection rate values ​​respectively. 3.4 The noise value of the whole machine shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. 3.5 The number of oil leakage points of the hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. 3.6 The parallelism tolerance value between the mold installation surface of the movable template and the fixed template shall comply with the provisions of Table 6. 4 Test method
According to the provisions of Chapter 6 of JB/T7267-1994 5 Sampling and evaluation method
5.1 The sampled products must be batch products that have been inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and put into storage or shipped from the factory and have not been unpacked at the user's place. If the sample is less than or equal to 10 units, 1 unit will be selected, and if it is more than 10 units, 2 units will be selected. All test items will be tested once. 5.2/ To evaluate the product quality level, it must meet the technical requirements of all assessment items of the level, otherwise the level will be determined according to the lowest indicator achieved.
