关于发布国家标准《石油化工厂区管线综合技术规范》的公告
现批准《石油化工厂区管线综合技术规范》为国家标准，编号为GB50542一2009，自2010年7月1日起实施。其中，第3.0.10、4.0.3、4.0.6、4.0.9、8.5.410)条（款）为强制性条文，必须严格执行。
本规范由我部标准定额研究所组织中国计划出版社出版发行。中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部二0〇九年十一月十一日
本规范是根据原建设部《关于印发<2006年工程建设标准规范制订、修订计划（第二批）>的通知》（建标2006】136号）的要求，由中国石油化工集团公司组织中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司等单位编制完成的。
本规范共分12章和6个附录，主要内容包括：总则、术语、基本规定、地上管线综合设计、地下管线综合设计、管线综合设计图编绘、管线施工、地下管线探查、地下管线测量、管线综合现状图编绘、管线竣工测量与地下管线探测报告、管线综合信息管理系统等。本规范中以黑体字标志的条文为强制性条文，必须严格执行。本规范由住房和城乡建设部负责管理和对强制性条文的解释，中国石油化工集团公司负责日常管理，中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司负责具体技术内容的解释。本规范在执行过程中，请各单位结合工程实践，认真总结经验，注意积累资料，如发现需要修改或补充之处，请将意见和资料寄交中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司（地址：河南省洛阳市吉利区中原路，邮政编码：471012），以便今后修订时参考。本规范主编单位、参编单位、主要起草人和主要审查人名单：主编单位：中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司参编单位：中国石化集团上海工程有限公司中国石油天然气管道工程有限公司北京东方新星石化工程股份有限公司江苏省工程物理勘察院
