Technical Conditions for Oil Bath and Oil Immersed Air Filter Elements for Internal Combustion Engines
1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
JB/T600792
This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of oil bath and oil immersed air filter elements for internal combustion engines. This standard applies to filter elements made of fine steel wire (hereinafter referred to as steel wire filter elements) and filter elements made of foam plastic (hereinafter referred to as foam plastic filter elements) for oil bath and oil immersed air filters of internal combustion engines. 2 Reference standards
GB2828
3 Technical requirements
Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to continuous batch inspection) Paper filter elements for air, oil and diesel filters of internal combustion engines Series size filter elements shall be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and their technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of this standard. The structural dimensions and weight of steel wire filter screens shall comply with the provisions of the product drawings. 3.2
The cross-sectional area of the steel wire shall not exceed 0.071mm. 3.44
The porosity of the steel wire filter screen shall not exceed 97%. The porosity α value is calculated according to formula (1) and formula (2): α=[(V.-Vm)/V. ]×100%
Where: V.
Space volume occupied by the filter element, mm\;
Vm-wire volume, mm.
Vm=(Gm/pm)×1000
Where: Gm steel wire weight, g;
steel density, 7.8g/cm.
The winding and weaving of the steel wire filter should be even and have a certain elasticity, and no debris, falling off or looseness is allowed. (1)
3.6The structural dimensions of the foam plastic filter element should refer to the series dimensions specified in NJ434. The structural dimensions of special shapes should comply with the provisions of the product drawings.
3.7The weight and pore size of the foam plastic should comply with the provisions of the product drawings, and the pore size distribution should be uniform. 3.8
Stamping parts should be flat and smooth.
Welded parts should be welded firmly and reliably.
Metal parts should be treated with rust prevention.
4. Inspection rules
Each filter element should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and a product certificate will be issued after passing the inspection. 4.14
4.2 When the ordering unit samples the product quality, it should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The sampling plan and the qualified quality level AQL value shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 28, 1992 and implemented on January 1, 1993
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
JB/T6007—92
Each filter element should be individually packed in a plastic bag and then placed in a paper box, and a product certificate signed by the inspector should be attached. When the filter element leaves the factory, it should be packed in a dry packaging box lined with anti-traceability materials, and ensure that it will not be damaged during normal transportation. The outer surface of the packaging box should be marked with:
Manufacturer name and address;
Product name and model; www.bzxz.net
Factory date: year and month;
Volume: length × width × height, mm;
Weight: kg;
Quantity;
Consignee and address;
"Moisture-proof", "Handle with care" and other signs. h.
5.4 The filter element should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the filter element will not rust, mildew, or rot within 12 months from the date of leaving the factory.
