Instruments and appliances
1.1HGT01000 type test weight instrument (i.e. 61-71 type test weight instrument with special bottom plate); 1.2 Balance: Sensitivity 0.1g:
1.3 Grain screening: The sieve layers selected for different grains are as follows: Wheat: upper sieve layer 4.5mm, lower sieve layer 1.5mm; Sorghum: upper sieve layer 4.0mm, lower sieve layer 2.0mm; Millet: upper sieve layer 3.5mm, lower sieve layer 1.2mm. 2 Sample preparationwwW.bzxz.Net

Take about 1000g of sample from the average sample, and screen it several times according to the sieve layer specified in 1.3. Take the material on the sieve of the lower layer and mix it as the sample for determining the bulk density.
3 Bulk density device installation
3.1 Open the box cover, take out all parts, and cover the box cover. 3.2 Install the column on the socket of the box cover, install the crossbeam bracket on the column, and fix it with screws, and then install the unequal arm double beam on the bracket.
3.3 Hang the capacity cylinder with the exhaust snake on the lifting ring, move the large and small swinging hammers to the zero point to check the zero point when no load. If it is unbalanced, twist the balance adjustment snake to adjust it to balance. 3.4 Remove the capacity cylinder, pour out the exhaust bowl, install the capacity cylinder on the iron plate base, insert the plug, put the exhaust bowl on and cover the middle cylinder.
3.5 Pour the prepared sample into the grain barrel, fill it up and scrape it flat. Then put the grain barrel on the middle barrel, turn on the funnel switch, and turn off the funnel switch after all the samples fall into the middle barrel. Hold the joint between the grain barrel and the middle barrel, pull out the insert steadily, so that the sample and the exhaust snake fall into the capacity barrel together, and then accurately insert the insert into the notch groove, remove the grain barrel in turn, pick up the middle barrel and the capacity barrel, pour out the excess sample on the insert, pull out the insert, and hang the capacity barrel on the ring to weigh it. The allowable difference between the two test results shall not exceed 3g/1. The average is the measurement result. Additional notes:
