This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, operating instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of base type vibrating screen for mining.
This standard applies to all base type vibrating screens for mining specified in JB/T3687.11999 (hereinafter referred to as vibrating screens). 2 Referenced standards

3.1 The vibrating screen shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 Structural requirements for vibrating screens
3.2.1 Convenient feeding and discharging, and convenient installation of feeding and discharging equipment. 3.2.2 The material should move evenly along the screen surface, and it is not allowed to deviate to one side during discharging. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000
3.2.3 The corresponding screen surface can be installed according to the purpose. 3.2.4 Convenient to repair and replace wearing parts.
3.2.5 Prevent dust from entering the bearings and bearing oil leakage. 3.2.6 Convenient for transportation.
3.2.7 It has left-hand or right-hand installation methods. 3.3 The screen surface and the screen frame are fixed reliably.

3.4 ​​The welding of metal structural parts shall comply with the requirements of dimensional tolerance accuracy C, form and position tolerance grade G, welding quality assessment grade BS, BK specified in JB/T5000.3. 3.5 Overall performance requirements of vibrating screen
3.5.1 The vibrating screen should run flexibly and smoothly without blocking. 3.5.2 The oil seal shall not leak oil when the vibrating screen is running. 3.5.3 The normal working temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40℃ when the vibrating screen is running, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 75℃. For imported bearings and lubricants, please refer to relevant materials.
3.5.4 The deviation of the working frequency of the vibrating screen shall not exceed the range of 2.5%. 3.5.5 The amplitude difference between the corresponding points of the two side plates of the screen box shall not exceed 10% of the calibrated amplitude. Except for the FJ type, the amplitude of the discharge end on the same side of the screen box shall not be greater than the amplitude of the feed end, and the difference shall not exceed 15%. The lateral amplitude of the screen box shall not exceed 0.5mm3.5.6 The vibration direction angle of the vibrating screen shall comply with the requirements of the drawing. 3.5.7 For large vibrating screens with a screen width greater than 2000mm, each specification of the prototype shall be subjected to experimental modal analysis to ensure that the natural frequencies of each order of the structure are far away from the working frequency.
3.6 Screen box
3.6.1 The bending parts used in the screen box (such as side panels, reinforcing beams and other components) shall be trimmed before bending, and there shall be no defects such as cracks and scars after bending. 3.6.2 The side panels and beams that make up the screen box are generally not allowed to be spliced, especially in the vertical direction. 3.6.3 The side panels of the screen box should be flat, and the flatness tolerance should not be greater than 1mm per square meter. 3.6.4 After the screen box is manufactured, the diagonal limit deviation should not exceed 1mm per 1000mm (measured at the screen plate installation). 3.6.5 The limit deviation of all beam lengths should not exceed the range of ±0.5mm. 3.6.6 The parallelism tolerance of the center lines of two adjacent beams should not exceed 1mm per 1000mm in the direction of the beam length, and any two beams should not exceed 4mm.
3.6.7 The surface of the fastened structural parts should be cleaned of iron filings and burrs before tightening. High-strength bolts should be pre-tightened with a wrench before tightening and then tightened with a torque wrench according to the torque marked on the drawing. 3.7 Vibrator
3.7.1 Except for the FJ type, the vibrating screen uses a block eccentric vibrator. 3.7.2 The weight error of the eccentric block should not exceed ±5%. 3.7.3 The parts of the vibrator should not have cracks or other visible defects. 3.8 Spring
3.8.1 The stiffness of the support springs should be the same, and the stiffness deviation should be ±10% of the rated value. 3.8.2 The spring heights at the same symmetrical point should be the same, and the error should not exceed 5mm. 3.8.3 Rubber springs and composite springs should comply with the requirements of the drawings 2
3.9 Coupling

3.9.1 This series of vibrating screens uses a cross-axis universal joint transmission shaft or a rubber coupling. 3.9.2 The cross-axis universal joint transmission shaft should comply with the provisions of QCT29082. 3.9.3 When a rubber coupling is used, its type and size should comply with the provisions of the drawings. 3.10 Screen
3.10.1 This series of vibrating screens can use punched screen plates, slit screen plates, rubber screen plates, woven screens, polyurethane screen plates, etc. 3.10.2 The perforated screen plate shall meet the following requirements: The working surface of the screen plate shall be the hole-forming surface, and the shape and size of the holes shall meet the requirements of JB/T9031: a)
The width dimension deviation of the perforated screen plate shall not exceed -10mm. b)
3.10.3 The slit screen plate shall meet the requirements of JB/T3278. 3.10.4 The woven screen shall meet the requirements of JB/T9032. Rubber screen plates and polyurethane screen plates shall meet the requirements of relevant drawings. 3.10.5
3.10.6 The screen plate shall be installed firmly, and the softer screen surface (such as non-self-supporting screens such as woven screens) shall be evenly hooked and tightened. 3.11 Fasteners
3.11.1 High-strength bolt connection pairs shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1231 and GB/T3633. 3.11.2 Ring groove rivets shall comply with the provisions of the drawings, and their tensile strength shall not be less than 800MPa3.12 Painting
The surface to be painted shall be cleaned, the paint surface shall be uniform, and no defects such as peeling, bubbles, and flow marks are allowed. 3.13 Safety and hygiene requirements
3.13.1 The noise during the no-load test of the vibrating screen shall not exceed 90dB (A). 3.13.2 For high-speed rotating parts exposed to the outside (such as eccentric blocks and pulleys), protective devices shall be added. 4 Test methods
The test methods shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB/T4042: The test modal analysis method shall adopt the mechanical admittance method, and the measurement of the mechanical admittance method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T11349.1, GB/T11349.2 and GB/T11349.3. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
Vibrating screens are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2 Factory inspection
5.2.1 Each vibrating screen must be inspected and approved by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. When shipping out of the factory, it must be accompanied by documents proving the product’s compliance. 5.2.2 Each vibrating screen shall be subjected to a no-load test run for no less than 4 hours and shall meet the following requirements: a) The bearing sealing performance shall meet the requirements of 3.5.2; b) The operating conditions shall meet the requirements of 3.5.1; The bearing temperature rise shall meet the requirements of 3.5.3;
d) The operating frequency shall meet the requirements of 3.5.4; e) The vibration amplitude of the vibrating screen shall meet the requirements of 3.5.5; f
The vibration direction angle of the vibrating screen shall meet the requirements of 3.5.6; 3
g) The support spring shall meet the requirements of 3.8; h) The noise shall meet the requirements of 3.13.1;

i) The surface quality shall meet the requirements of 3.4 and 3.12: The assembly type shall meet the user's requirements:
k) The screen surface installation shall meet the requirements of 3.10.6. 5.3 Type inspection
5.3.1 The vibrating screen shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following cases: a) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when there are major changes in the product structure and process that may affect the product performance; b)
When new products are identified;
d) When the national quality inspection agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 5.3.2 In addition to the requirements of this standard, the type inspection items shall also include the processing capacity and screening efficiency. 5.3.3 Type inspection shall be conducted on one unit selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, adjustment is allowed once. If it still fails, the type inspection shall be judged as unqualified.
Marking, labeling and instruction manual
6.1 Each vibrating screen shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate the following contents:
a) Product name and model;
b) Main technical parameters:
c) Manufacturer name;
d) Date of manufacture and number.
6.2 A product instruction manual shall be prepared for the vibrating screen, and its contents shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.1. 6.3 The packaging mark of the vibrating screen shall include the transport packaging receipt and delivery mark and the packaging storage and transportation pictorial mark. The mark shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB 191.
7 Packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The vibrating screen shall be delivered to the user in assembled form and partial packaging (except for export or agreement). The exposed processed surface shall be coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with waterproof cloth.
7.2 The motor, pulley, spring and special tools shall be packed in wooden boxes. 7.3 The accompanying documents shall be packed in plastic bags and placed in wooden boxes marked with "Documents Here". The documents include: a) Product certificate or quality certificate;
b) Product instruction manual:
c) Installation drawing;
d) Packing list.
7.4 There shall be obvious signs for packaging or packing. The graphic signs shall comply with the requirements of 6.3. The text signs shall include the following: a) Name and address of the receiving unit:
