1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG 2185-91
This standard specifies the appearance quality requirements and appearance quality grade determination of hoses such as water conveying rubber hose, compressed air rubber hose, dilute acid and alkali resistant rubber hose, fabric reinforced water suction hose, oxygen rubber hose and acetylene rubber hose. This standard applies to the appearance quality inspection of the above-mentioned rubber hoses and serves as the basis for determining the grade. 2 Appearance Quality Requirements of Rubber Hose
2.1 Rubber hoses are not allowed to have abnormal phenomena such as right twisting, delamination, exposed reinforcement layer, etc. The outer rubber layer is not allowed to have sponges and should be free of wrinkles (except corrugated hoses) and local bulges, but slight marks left by vulcanized wrapping cloth are allowed. 2.2 The inner rubber layer of the rubber hose is not allowed to have cracks, sponges, holes and bubbles. 2.3 The thickness of the corresponding rubber layer at the overlap of the rubber layer or reinforcement layer of the rubber hose is allowed to be thinned. The overlapping of adjacent layers of outer rubber layer, reinforcing layer and inner rubber layer is not allowed. 2.4 The inner and outer surfaces of rubber hose should be clean, and no oil or foreign impurities are allowed. 2.5 Suction rubber hose and suction and discharge dual-purpose rubber hose are not allowed to be entangled or disordered. 3 Determination of appearance quality grade
3.1 Determination of appearance quality grade of rubber hose is shown in the following table. No.
