The surface of the brake shoe should not have any residual gate, burr, sand inclusion and sand adhesion. 5.4 The following defects that are not corrected are allowed on the surface of the brake shoe. R
.4.1 The depth of the brake shoe surface is not more than 4mm, and the length and width are not more than 7mm. The number of sand holes, pores, shrinkage holes, slag inclusions, cold shuts, etc. on the same surface shall not exceed 2. However, those with a depth and diameter of no more than 3 mm are not counted. 5.4.2 The nose of the southern shoe and its surroundings are not allowed to have shrinkage holes, air holes, slag inclusions, and cold shuts within a 30mm range, but those with a depth of no more than 3mm and a true diameter are not counted.
5.4.3 The misalignment of the shoe profile is no more than 2mm5.5 The contact surface of the shoe, brake and wheel is not allowed to have white spots. If there is any doubt, a destructive inspection should be carried out. 5.6 The four sections of the back of the brake shoe that contact the brake shoe support should be inspected with a sample or a standard shoe support (with a shoe pin installed). They must be in contact at all times, but a local gap of no more than 2 mm is allowed. 6 Acceptance rules and inspection methods
6.1 The brake shoe shall be inspected by the inspection department of the production unit, and the acceptance user has the right to conduct a review according to the order contract. 6.2 Each brake shoe shall be inspected for appearance quality and sound insulation, and the sound should be crisp. 6.3 In addition to the first piece of the tile geometry, 2 tiles in each batch shall be randomly checked for sample or standard tile support (with tile pins installed). If one tile fails, double checking shall be done. If there is still one tile that fails, the tiles in the batch shall be checked piece by piece. 6.4 During the pouring of each batch of brake shoes, at least 3 test bars with a length of 30 mm shall be placed vertically and subjected to 3 bending tests. 2 of them shall be qualified. If they fail, 3 tensile test bars shall be processed from the lower half of the broken bending test bar and subjected to tensile tests. 2 of them shall be qualified. The test method shall be carried out in accordance with GB 977. 6.5 For the hardness test of each batch of brake shoes, 2 test bars with a length of 30 mm and a thickness of 20 mm shall be cut from the lower half of the bending test bar and the hardness at 3 points shall be measured. If the average hardness is qualified, the average hardness shall be qualified. If the average hardness is unqualified, one brake shoe shall be randomly selected from the batch and the hardness at 3 points shall be measured on the surface without the gate and the wheel contact surface shall be machined to remove 3 to 5 mm. The average hardness shall be qualified. 6.6 Each batch of brake shoes shall be inspected and qualified according to the requirements of Table 2 before leaving the factory. 2 Inspection items for each batch of brake shoes
