5 Technical requirements

5.1 The inner diameter (d) tolerance of the backing ring shall be in accordance with H16 of GB1804. After the backing ring is bent and formed, the gap between the joints at both ends shall be greater than 0.5mm. 5.2 The backing ring shall be made of the materials specified in Table 2. Table 2

5.3 The appearance surface of the lining ring should have the correct geometric shape, and should not have defects such as twists, undulations and skewness. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products must be inspected and accepted by the factory technical inspection department before leaving the factory, and can only leave the factory after issuing a certificate of conformity or marking with relevant qualified marks. 6.2 Products should be 100% inspected for appearance quality. 6.3 Stainless steel products should be 100% inspected for spectral inspection. The outside of the box should be marked with "rainproof", "moisture-proof", "handle with care", etc. 7.3 The product should be placed in a dry and clean warehouse, and it is not allowed to be stored in acidic, alkaline or other places that may cause product corrosion. 7.4 Under normal conditions, the anti-rust period of the product is 12 months.
