Operation method

Weigh 500g (W) of the sample that has been tested for impurities, and first wipe out the insect and mold spots from the appearance according to the standard. Then break it to identify whether there is discoloration or deterioration in the middle of the potato flakes. Weigh the imperfect potato flakes together (W1). 3 Calculation of results
The purity rate of sweet potato slices is calculated according to the following formula: W-W1-2
Purity rate
Wherein: W1 is the weight of imperfect potato chips, g;
w is the weight of the sample, g.
