The purpose of this standard is to establish and improve the unified system of document formats for national agencies in my country, simplify and unify document formats, so as to facilitate the effective, rapid and accurate generation and processing of documents. Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the standard format of manuscript paper for administration. This standard applies to the generation, transmission and processing of documents by national agencies, social groups, enterprises and institutions. Note: For documents in ethnic minority areas, the layout of the document format can be designed and used in accordance with relevant regulations in accordance with this standard. 2 Overall size, page margins and image area
2.1 Manuscript paper size
The paper size of manuscript paper for publication is currently generally 16-page 260mm×184mm (length×width). Institutions and foreign-related departments with conditions can recommend the use of international standard A4 type 297mm×210mm (length×width) (see Figure 1 and Figure 2). 2.2 Page margins and image area size
The upper white edge (head) of manuscript paper is 20±0.5mm wide. The lower white edge (foot) of manuscript paper is 7±0.5mm wide. The left white edge (binding edge) of manuscript paper is 20±0.5mm wide. The right white edge (turn edge) of manuscript paper is 15±0.5mm wide. The image area size of the commonly used 16-page paper in China is 233mm×149mm (length×width) (see Figure 1). The size of the image and text area of the international standard A4 paper format is 270mm×175mm (length×width) (see Figure 2). 3 Division of the image and text area
In order to determine and facilitate the explanation of the location of each project area, the image and text area of the manuscript paper is divided vertically and horizontally. 3.1 Vertical division
The image and text area is divided vertically into rows, and the basic line spacing of each row is 2.5mm. The image and text area of 16-opening paper is 233mm long and can be divided into 93 rows. The image and text area of A4 paper is 270mm long and can be divided into 108 rows (see Figures 1 and 2). 3.2 Horizontal division
The image and text area is divided horizontally into columns, and the distance between each column is 2.5mm. The image and text area of 16-opening paper is 149mm wide and can be divided into 60 columns? The image and text area of A4 paper is 175mm wide and can be divided into 70 columns (see Figures 1 and 2). 4 Graphics and Text Area
The graphics and text area is divided into four parts: the header area, the description area, the title area and the text area. The specific size and position of each column are shown in Figures 3 and 4.4.1 Header Area
This area is used to fill in the name of the issuing unit, the confidentiality level of the document and the time limit for urgent and urgent matters. 4.1.1 Unit Name: This area is pre-printed with the name of the issuing unit, suffixed with the four characters "Issuing Manuscript Paper". Number of copies: This column is used to fill in the number of printed copies of the document. 4.2.12 Attachments: This column is used to fill in the title and number of copies of the materials attached after the formal document in sequence. 4.2.13 Keywords: This column is used to fill in the document keywords according to the core content of the document. 4.3 Title area
This area is used to fill in the title of the document. The title of the document should accurately and briefly summarize the main content of the document. 4.4 Text area
This area is used to write the text of the document in accordance with regulations. When writing, it should be arranged from left to right (except for minority languages), and the length of each line of the text is equal to the width of the graphic area. The first line of each paragraph should be left blank for two characters.
