This standard is applicable to quick-opening hand holes with sight glasses for sugar glass with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa and a temperature higher than -20℃ and lower than or equal to 200℃

4.1 The cover and protective ring shall be selected, manufactured, tested and accepted in accordance with ZBG94004 and this standard. 4.2 The allowable deviation of the length of two adjacent bolt holes and the center diameter of the bolt hole is ±0.6mm, and the deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes shall not exceed ±1mm.
4.3 The gasket shall comply with relevant standards, and the specific materials shall be in accordance with the technical requirements of the general drawing of the polished glass equipment. 4.4 After the assembly of the non-mirror quick-opening hand hole for polished glass is completed, its water test or air tightness test shall be carried out at the same time as the glass equipment where it is located. 5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The outer glass surface shall be firmly wrapped with soft objects, and the packaging shall be securely fixed. 5.2 Collision must be prohibited during moving and transportation, and the packaging box must not be inverted. 5.3 The product should be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instructions. 5.4 The product should be stored indoors. Open-air storage or stacking is not allowed. Additional notes:

The main drafters of this standard are Hua Qiuyuan, Li Zhuangjun and Bao Aiyuan. This standard refers to the German national standard DIN28153-1983 "Steel Glass Mixing Container, Handhole Cover". From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Chemical Industry issued standards HG5-27179 "Glass Equipment Handhole" and HG5-272-79 "Glass Equipment with Sight Glass Handhole" as standards. 160
