1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the technical requirements for accelerator control systems. This standard applies to all types of vehicles powered by internal combustion engines. 2 Terms
2.1 Accelerator control system
refers to a set of mechanisms by which the driver adjusts the engine mixture (or fuel) supply to control the operation of the car to change the engine output power. Including the accelerator pedal, throttle (or the rack used by diesel engines to control fuel injection) and the transmission mechanism between them.
2. 2nd speed position
means that the engine is in the rapid running condition specified by the manufacturer, which includes the position of the engine cold speed adjustment, air conditioning and emission control and throttle adjustment devices. 2.3 Ambient temperature
refers to the temperature of the surrounding air in the test area that is basically not affected by the temperature of the test vehicle itself. 3 Test conditions Www.bzxZ.net
The car should be within the range of ambient temperature - 40 to 52°C. Leave for 12h; then conduct the test at any temperature within this temperature range.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 During engine operation, when the driver releases the force on the accelerator pedal at any time, the throttle (or rack) should It can restore the engine from a certain position to the rapid position, or restore the engine from a certain speed to the rapid speed. 4.2 During engine operation, when a certain link in the accelerator control system is disconnected or a part loses its function due to damage, no matter when the driver releases the pedal force, within the time specified in Article 4.3, the throttle or rack) It should be able to restore from a certain position to a rapid position, or restore the engine from a certain speed to a rapid speed. 4.3 Time to return to the rapid position
4.3.1 The recovery time is calculated from the moment the driver releases the pedal force, or the moment a certain link in the accelerator control system is disconnected or a part is damaged. 4.3.2 For vehicles with a factory-set maximum total mass of less than or equal to 4.5t, the time to return to the idle position shall not exceed 1 s.
4.3.3 For cars with a factory-set maximum total mass greater than 4.5t, the time to return to the idle position shall not exceed 2 seconds.
4.3.4 When testing at an ambient temperature of -18 to -40°C, the time to return to the idle position shall not exceed 3 seconds.
