Summary:

This standard specifies the determination method principle and analysis steps for tungsten, molybdenum, niobium, titanium and zirconium in uranium hexafluoride. This standard is applicable to the determination of tungsten, molybdenum, niobium, titanium and zirconium in uranium hexafluoride. The sampling volume is uranium hexafluoride hydrolyzate containing 0.3g uranium, and the determination range is 0.3~16μg/Z uranium. When the vanadium in the sample is greater than 2.5μg, it will interfere with the determination of niobium and titanium; when zirconium is greater than 50μg, it will interfere with the determination of titanium. When molybdenum is less than or equal to 20μg, it will not interfere with the other four impurities.
