Log volume table
This standard applies to the calculation of log volume of all tree species. The volume of small-diameter logs with a gauge diameter of 4 to 12 cm is determined by the formula.

3The length and diameter of logs shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB144.2-84 "Log Inspection Dimensions and Measurement". 4The volume of logs with a diameter of 4 to 6 cm shall be retained to four decimal places, and the volume of logs with a diameter of more than 8 cm shall be retained to three decimal places.
