Retail of alcoholic beverages is a trading activity in which alcoholic beverages are sold directly to consumers. 4 Funding conditions
4.1 Business qualifications
4.1.1 It shall comply with relevant laws, regulations and requirements of the Taiwan government. 4.1.2 It shall have a business license, food hygiene license, tax registration certificate and other certificates such as the license stipulated in relevant laws and regulations.
4.2 Business premises
The retail business of alcoholic beverages shall have a building that is in accordance with the management regulations or business technical records, and hold a property right or business premises benefit contract. There should be a system for preliminary quality control of the two types of goods. 5.1.3 Management of Procurement Process Information Records
5.1.3.1 Liquor retailers shall establish a procurement process information management ledger to ensure the authenticity, completeness and traceability of procurement process information and keep it intact for three years.
5.1.3.2 The procurement process information management ledger shall record the following information: Basic information of suppliers (such as company name, registered address, current office location, etc.) , legal representative, license agent, contact number, etc.
Basic information about the purchased goods, such as name, type, number, batch, standard, price, etc.
Product quality information (such as necessary certification documents, quality inspection and monitoring, etc.) "Ticket request" status information:

5.2 Sales management
