This standard specifies the low temperature performance indicators of upper materials for footwear products, and is applicable to all kinds of upper materials.

5.1 The low-humidity agglomeration performance of the upper material shall be tested according to Appendix A of Q1471-1992. The test temperature is ~10±2℃, 5.2 The number of samples shall be not less than four pieces per sample (two pieces in each direction), the test row is 70m long and 65m wide, 3. The test scale is not allowed to have defects such as estimation marks, quality, dirt and scratches. 5.4 The original thickness of the sample shall be in accordance with the original thickness, but the thickness shall not exceed 2.5. B Inspection Rules
