Note: ① The data in brackets are rarely used in China at present and are generally not adopted. ② The gas volume at the inlet of the waste heat boiler refers to m/h at 0.101MPa (760mmHg), 0C. The feed water temperature of the waste heat boiler is 20℃ when the gas volume is not more than 17.9×10m/h, and 105℃ (with economizer) when the gas volume is more than 17.9×10m/h.
The average steam production during the oxygen blowing period is the theoretical calculated value of full vaporization under the condition of gas volume at the inlet of the waste heat boiler and gas temperature drop △t=600C. Since the steam production changes with the change of gas volume and gas temperature drop, the design unit can adjust it according to the specific situation in the design. Additional remarks:
